Mm... this young man is very polished, very clean! I mean squeaky clean, he is very cautious in his articulation, he is navigating very careful around issues... you could see from a distance that he is an academic. Well done Nkululeko, and if you could please bring some more of these academias, from engineering, to economics, to agriculture, to technology etc... lets the different sides of the sectors and also hear what are their ideas of shaping our beloved SA.

I actually saw the same Podcast Nkululeko was talking about... NuusPod or something like it, speaking to Solly Moeng
I get a sense that the SA story is one of black hunger vs white greed, everytime I hear politicians and every black public figure they are either speaking from a position of privilege or disadvantage but all commonly drawing from black hunger
Nkululeko’s puppet master’s wording makes me think of this position every black person is currently in in this country.
We are all subject to the exploitation or the wrath of white greed, question is we either let it perpetuate itself in us or we get run over by it.

Dr Mpofu says the ANC failed but he never had to rely on child grants, he never had to have his only meal be the school feeding scheme, he never had to have his only home be an RDP granted to his Gogo, he never had to have his only way into varsity being by virtue of NSFAS and he never had to have his internship be sponsored by a SETA for him to access corporate. I'm not saying everything is well in this country but where were people like Rob Hersov when we were fighting with the ANC to give us free education during fees must fall? Where are these business men and women when we fight with the ANC to implement a basic minimum wage bill in this country? Now that loadshedding affects their bottom line they say we must tear everything down? Jim Rohn says don't complain about the only thing you have, everything will stay the same unless 'You' which is the key word: change. Don't wish it was better instead wish you were better, how? You ask:by holding yourself and people in your sphere of influence accountable from the ward to the municipality up to national, responsibility must be bottom up and not trickle down, for example people will say municipality doesn't pick up trash then proceed to throw trash on the street instead of the dustbin, we must take ourselves seriously so that when we speak truth to power we mustn't be like the emperor who's naked and doesn't know, furthermore Dr Mpofu says ANC must go but he goes on to admit that there's no palatable replacement for it even for him, so why is he so adamant that it must go? That being said I'm not an ANC, just a curious young mind who likes to interrogate content on its merits not what's currently fashionable, although podcasts are starting to be fashionable and I'm very much intrigued by the conversations that come out of the platforms, s/o nkululeko my brother for the great conversation

  • @zinzimfundisi9199

Dr Mpofu should remember that there will so difficulty to get a neutral young people , they will come from ANC+DA+EFF+IFP and so on...So he need to be mindful of that.

All I can say to Dr Sizwe Welsh-Mpofu is that "Mother" is supreme in this way, when things do not go right in our homes (paternal) we go and report at our mother's homes. In my experience, I was and am still accepted there and given advices about the situation and life in general. As a child, you belong to both families. This is naturally so and is supposed to be so; it's not based on colour. Meaning, you are a Hlubi and a Welsh too. On top of it all, learn to stand on your own and build your own family. Mh!! I enjoyed the part you briefly talked about politics. It's true that ANC must be voted out. Whoau!!! They will win by force, not fight. I mean there's a lot that happens when votes are counted.

You can tell from his appearance that he is mix and his mother was a white doctor who was helping in rural communities and met the father to Ace. However as much as he has that white mix when you meet him you don't get the whiteness. He is just a Xhosa man. Unbelievable. It is natural to navigate prejudiceless life that's pure soul as a black body.
