This worked for me. I damaged some of the white plastic coating above the screen but that was just because I was not careful enough. Also had to get the phone much hotter than I initially anticipated

my Samsung s6 edge plus power button was working fine until one day it stopped making the clicking sound when i pressed it. I read that rubbing a bit of alcohol fixed it and i tried it but it didn't seem to make much of a difference. The next day the power button was completely stuck and i have to push it a lot in order for it to work. Should i take it to a Samsung shop, or what should i do?
I need some help. My navigation button and power button on my samsung go phone are not working. they are not sticky and I have no clue what to do. The only way I can turn on my phone now is to hook it up to a charger! please help me!
Nice I replaced the lcd in mine ( worked beautiful til I went back in to replace the speaker cover I forgot) and then the power button started acting up causing the screen to flicker and power off when pressing instead of time out.. It may be stuck
+Fixez.com no I replaced the lcd again somewhere smthg it damaged no physical damage at all, so the new lcd fixed it,, i can take these things apart in10 min now

+Nesa Marku It's possible your device is under warranty. But you may simply have a bad power button flex cable that needs to be replaced.
