Simple and Fast Rigatoni Pasta Recipe - budget friendly meal

ingredients:
-butter
-garlic & onion
-diced tomato
-diced jalapeño (optional)
-rigatoni pasta
-ground italian sausage (any ground meat u like)
-marinara sauce (any red sauce u want)
-heavy whipping cream (can sub with flour & water)
-cooking oil (i used olive oil, any oil will work)
-oyster sauce/fish sauce/hoisin sauce/soy sauce/more salt (to adjust the flavor later on if it’s still too sour bcos of the pasta sauce)
seasoning i used:
-salt & pepper
-chili flakes
-chili powder
-parsley flakes
-garlic powder
