Vehicles do not arrive from Japan in that state. They are cleaned, valeted and serviced before being shipped out. The vent on the roof is facing the wrong way. You will find that out if you drive off and forget to close it. It will get ripped off. For a camper, no place for a cooker or washing pots and pans etc. Not ideal to have a bench half the width and a thinner bench when cushions are fitted for comfort, they will be odd sized. Nice day camper though.

Asia or Eastern Europe with lots of spare stuff you got for free. Leather / Pleather could be got from old throw away leather couches, and the rest from the junkyard, but it would take months of planning. Still, nice build!
Making a van dirty just to make a video cleaning it still baffles me. It was likely dirty, but not that dirty. Shipping companies won't ship vehicles that are that dirty due to environmental and biological issues.
