This is just concrete frame and infill block-walls covered in smooth-corner plaster, minimal wood at key highlights and small land-parcel ... Pure loot at this price-point ... construction cost of this whole thing would be in 50k region, fitout another 40k max, and land would make this less than 150k total.
You speak the truth. This appears to be the new hustle in Bali, investors trying to double their money in 12 months. Use cheapest materials, cheapest paint, cheapest fittings, make it look instagrammable, and then sell it for exactly double what it just cost to build. I’ve seen people build something 3 times as nice in the same location for way way less than this is selling for. It’s developments like this that are giving Propertia Bali a really bad name. Just my opinion but I think selling properties for twice what they actually cost is a bit much, a bit greedy and not really in line with what Bali is supposed to be about. I’m in the market myself and this video is a huge turn off. Yes it’s nice, and it’s a cool property but it’s not worth that price.. Perhaps Propertia Bali can humour us with a transparent breakdown of what this actually cost?
My key takeaways from this video is; build, don’t ever buy turnkey, be generous loving and kind to the amazing Balinese locals that work very hard to build nice houses, and create a win win situation for all involved.
Thank you for your comment. Always appreciated..Construction cost is a bit more than your expectations but this is still a perfect investment for daily rental whether you like the villa or not :) All the best Peter - PROPERTIA BALI.
@@propertiabalirealestate That is exactly the problem! Your price is based on "Potential" rental income (which in itself is based on an assumption of demand in the current market) as percentage of initial investment . i.e. the price is adjusted upwards on an assumption that as long as someone makes x% ROI then the price is justified. Now, while selling a car (a product) do you change its price based on whether the car will be used as family car or a commercial rental car??? No. So, what nonsensical answer!!!! Any product has a price-point including any profit margin regardless of what the product will be used for. Your answer already exposes the scam here.
Another boring concrete villa under the guise of “Mediterranean style” that lacks any local elements or character. Why move to Bali and live in something found in a greek village?
Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's always interesting to hear different opinions and considerations when it comes to fashion choices in different climates😊
Amazing Villa in Uluwatu ☺
It's a refreshing concept to see something like this in Bali 👌🏻
Love the design!
Stunning and refreshing style in Bingin. For sure this will generate a lot of daily rental income 👌🏻
Absolutely!
Given the tropical humid weather, I wonder how the walls will look after a couple of seasons.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It's something worth considering when living in a tropical climate 😊
Stunning villa and that location is 🙌🏻

come one Trevor. So much money for a villa without glas windows😮😂😂😂 You are joking👍
The happy owners of this villa did not see that as a problem and are very happy with their investment ;)
