When I see the Blade-AL manual it says to first plug in blade+controller into the car, do some steps, THEN take it to your PC for flashing. However in this video and others it just says to flash it first. Which one are we supposed to do?
Do I have to create an account to access to flash my module with my blade AL? Which wiring diagram should I used after flashing my module? Compustar Blade AL wiring diagram install guide or Hardwire update fireware RSA-TL7(CM-DC3) install guide? On my 2020 Toyota RAV4. Which one is it? I am confused. Can you help me which one should I used? Becauae I am starting to install it myself. Let me know ASAP. Thank you. @Staub Electronics
Hello. I have flashed my blade for 09 Ford Explorer. I'm having trouble getting it bypass security. It works if i have key in ignition in off position. Can't seem to get blade al to do the job bypassing security. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
Can someone PLEASE help me with flashing a Ft-dad-ii? I bought one thinking I could plug it into my cm7200 and go but I’m told I need to flash the port so I bought the updated cable. I made an account so what’s next?
You have to either go to the idatalink maestro site and download the software onto your PC or you have to use windows Explorer 11 and your probably going to have to enable active X and download. Net framework 2.5 I think it is. It won't work on modern versions of Net framework. Then you either open the weblink software suite on your desktop and sign into your idatalink account. Or if you're going to use Internet exploder. You have to go the idatalink website and login to your account and click on flash your module. Plug your updater cable into a USB port on your computer and it should auto detect the module you have connected. It's not rocket science. Anything compustar or idatalink you have to flash it with firmware before you install it.

Which way is more secure for sub zero conditions? Blade All or ALCA ?
can u program special options group or just regular options for the alarm module? You covered everything but that.

Hi there sir my conpustar remote just when i press the srart it just cranks the engine for 5 seconds then it wont continue, do i need flash?
