Why did the price go up by 3M? Theses 3BR bungalows where originally priced at 4.55M. 1.8M Deposit, balance due in 12 months. I do not see any justification on such a high price increase. You are definitely not trying to help families or offer low costs housing as you have advertised. Perhaps you should strongly consider returning to your originally advertised price.
