Soft Washing is a safe and effective low pressure cleaning method. It will allow cleaning and sanitizing from the safety of the ground or a platform and low pressure equipment that will effectively clean and sanitize exterior surfaces with soft washing chemical.
We are Soft washing some patio slabs today. We pressure wash them last year and we are just completing a routine soft wash maintenance clean at Mr Clever Clean Ltd. The equipment we are using is the Clever Injector from SoftWash UK Ltd . It will dilute the softwash chemical down to the correct recipe for you to apply to the surface.

May i ask why you didnt show a demo of the spray in action?
Oxalic acid takes out the stain. A bit more caustic but it does a great job on this kind of stuff and rust as well.

We dont rins off that ofter and you would be looking at 20min to 30min

Cool. What length hose can sit behind the clever injector before you suffer pressure loss? Is is 13mm or 1/2" hose?
1/2" hose and the londer the less flow it will be but you can add a booster pump to help with this
+Mark Cave Good to know. By the way, one great feature of the clever injector on a cart is that if you need to work a long distance from the tap or spigot you can choose to use lengths of garden hose upstream of the pump and only have a fixed short length of hose that has SH running through it.
