I could be wrong I have read the new rule book for prospecting. Some of that equipment is not allowed. It all has to be done by hand power. 1 You may use only non-motorized hand-held mineral
prospecting tools and the following mineral prospecting
equipment No other types of mineral prospecting tools
or equipment are authorized
(a) Pans;
(b) Non-motorized sluices, non-motorized concentrators,
mini rocker boxes, and non-motorized mini high
bankers with riffle areas totaling 3 square feet or less,
including ganged equipment

Dare I say if on a claim WITHOUT an APPROVED MINING PLAN it is NOT allowed and in WA NO you cannot be dredging in a creek without a DREDGE PERMIT. DOUBLE WRONG does not make it right... go read the WA DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE gold and fish rules (Here is the law: Mineral prospecting and placer mining activities in or near water qualify as hydraulic projects and require a permit (Chapter 77.55 RCW)

Lying, thieving no good scam artists. Their outings are a work of art. YOU pay THEM to do all the work, and then they cherry pick all the big stuff and give you a vial of dirty dust. "Keep all the gold you mine" 👎🏼 Not to mention the used car salesman tactic of trying to upsell you on a lifetime membership. Worked out claims and a magazine is all you'll get with a gpaa membership. And disappointment
