    lead alto does some Sherman Irby type leading, like leaning and stuff i think, im not sure

    The main thing that stands out to me about this marvelous group is their sense of phrasing and time! No one’s trying to play 1 million notes. Everybody’s just focused on making concise musical statements. I’m 46 years old and I still trying to learn this. 😅
