I believe the reason the Nook’s Cranny sign doesn’t have a written name is because the name is different in different regions so they probably just made it dots to be region neutral
I have been having a great time getting into Lego with my 5yo daughter. We built Main Street and then moved onto the Jurassic Park Brachiosaurus set. My wife really isn't into the building as much as we have been but she is a super fan of Animal Crossing. I got her the Nook set and Isabelle's house for her birthday and am hoping she shares the build with our daughter. I wont be mad if she does it by herself though because she does not have the same patience I have to build with our daughter. Anyway thanks for the great review, you pretty much sold me on picking up the rest of the wave for my wife. Thanks again.
In a second wave, my only wish, all that I am asking for, I'll even spend a 100+usd if it's in that set, is a Freya minifig. That's all I'm asking of out of this entire theme. If I can get that, I am forever happy.
I rarely watch reviews, but I’ve been on a Jean binging LEGO review spree and I’ll say this, I’m impressed with all effort you’re putting in your reviews. I originally disliked the Animal Crossing sets, but after seeing your review, I might pick some up.
Oh no. I had told myself I only needed 2 of these sets but I have a feeling after hearing you talk about them I'm going to need them all. The play features and printed tiles are so so cool
While I would definitely love a Museum Set with Blathers, i would KILL for a set about Celeste's Observatory from in Wild World and City Folk. That precious pink bow owl has got to be one of, if not The Most Underrated character in all of Animal Crossing.
This looks like one of those themes that could be very valuable in years to come. I do not know enough about the game at all. They look pretty cool though. Thanks for the review.

These sets definitely start growing on me, I was planning to only get Julian, but I might end up getting all of them over time… No stickers is fantastic news! Customizability is great too. The builds are much simpler than I would like, but they’re also cute - I think lego wanted to keep these casual builder and kid friendly to fit in with the coziness of the game. Also pink trees appear for a short amount of time in spring ;) those are non-fruit trees and you can celebrate hanami, a celebration of watching blooming sakura trees!
Don't be offended if Lego sets you like say 6 plus or 7 plus: If I build a six plus set, I simply remember I am six plus. (In my case, 6 plus 44, but whose counting?)
Going to have to get these. Will probably wait for a GWP though as there are so many good sets coming out. Already have Speed Champions and Medieval Town Square on the ‘must have’ list.
i love all the minifigures it would be cool if they were sold separately :,) i don't like when they make set exclusive figures 🤧 these sets are all super adorable though omg (also the art on your shirt is so cute, where is it from?)
Maybe eventually but I don’t see them releasing the figures individually in the first wave- and also thank you, my tee is from the Stardew Valley website! There’s a merch tab and I think YeeTee makes the shirts.

Fabuland 2.0 is not an insult. To me its SUPER nostalgic. My grandma had those sets. And i love animal crossing to pieces (pun intended)

The trees are pink during cherry blossom season which is in the spring. Julians birthday is in March.
