There is NO such thing as a Consensual Encounter with police. Police make encounters appear consensual to deceive their target. Cops are psychopathic meaning they employ two styles, one benevolent, the other malevolent (good cop / bad cop). DON'T TALK TO COPS!

Part of the problem is that she didn't realize it.
3:22 "Hi. How you doing?" If her first, and only, words were, "I don't consent to any searches. I want an attorney present during any questioning. I invoke my right to remain silent.", case closed. No unlawful arrest, no dirty/torn clothes, no broken jaw, no bruised ego (well, he would still be butt hurt). Actually, there's a good chance he would have arrested her anyway but all the things she didn't say wouldn't be used against her. Don't talk to the cops.
