It's ironic that this is considered 1 of (if not the) best Scooby Doo movies when it goes against the whole idea of the monsters aren't real but rather people in costumes committing crimes for money.
I feel like Joel might be the MVP of this video. I love it all. The genuine hug with the Pooh bear, the cutaways to him eating, the fucking cola wine glass, the inexplicable costume change. King shit.
While Mystery Incorporated is overall the best part of the Scooby-Doo franchise, we wouldn't have it if this movie didn't happen. It literally revitalized the Scooby brand.
airport contraband is mostly fresh foods and exotic animals. drugs and illegal devices too but it's a little easier to slip a banana into your luggage than drug paraphernalia, which most people know shouldn't be on planes.
So happy to have caught this on Twitch two weeks ago, it was an insane amount of fun. The fact that they only decided to record it for a commentary at the very last minute is just incredible.
This is a certified hood classic, if you haven’t seen this movie, you’re childhood was missing out on this. It’s got an introduction to zombies, women and some dude who secretly werecats-? Werejaguars? Werepanthers? Werecheetahs- whatever they turned into and a plot where no one’s wearing a mask and it’s all real and the groundskeeper was secretly an undercover cop-? I forgot that was in the film and that this got a sequel which they return to Zombie Island?…… I’m gonna need those cinnamon graham cracker scooby snack cookies that were on sell when I was a kid to sit down to watch the sequel
I remember my parents putting this on VHS for me and my siblings constantly when I was a kid. It scared me so bad, I hated it. Never even got through it all. Happy to experience second hand through you guys. This and the Scooby Doo alien invasion movie were probably the most terrifying movies to me as a kid.
this movie goes so insanely hard-- the plot, the animation, the MUSIC...everything about it slaps and is so fun to watch. i remember seeing the premiere with my parents when i was a really young kid, since they grew up with the older series this had to have been a weird watch for them the first time 😂 the plot twist with the weird cat zombies blew my goddamn mind when i was a kid lol, i thought that was so cool EDIT: oh dear god the jay-Z verse
The 11 hours of stream, alcohol and tiredness concoction, really made for one of the most unhinged Razzle commentaries in history and I felt EVERY SECOND! The editing is GOATED, amazing job boys!
I like the versions or at least episodes of Shaggy and Scooby where they are borderline con artists. They'll like walk into a dirty kitchen with a ghost cooking and they'll be like hmmm let us try this soup were experts on soups. Then they pour two full bowls for themselves, drain the bowls. HMmmm needs spices. Then pour another two bowls. At this point the ghost chases them off but the pot is already empty and Shaggy and Scooby have stolen the ghosts soup.
The funniest part of the full body cameras is that in the past they would joke about one of them dancing or doing flips but now we know they actually were doing what they said
Growing up in the 2000s I saw on Boomerang so many different scooby doo shows and films, it legitimately blew my mind as a kid. Literally so many. Heck, there's a series where scooby has a cousin that is from the south I believe. Called Scooby Dum. Also! There is a film where shaggy has a girlfriend, is a racer, and gets turned into a werewolf to enter a monster race! Not kidding! And there's ANOTHER ONE where scooby and shaggy go help a school of young monster girls to help them win a sports event or something against human boys. (So a school vs a school). Scooby was goated and has spawn in many decades honestly.
The Grimwood Girls of "Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School" have been burned into my brain since childhood. I hoped one of the newer movies would return to their school for a new adventure, like "Scooby Doo and the Curse of the 13th Ghost" did for the TV series "13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo".
@@Montesama314 sounds like a good idea. Wouldn't be bad for them to go back to it. The last few scooby doo series seemed interesting to a degree. I think they should try and do a scooby doo show again, but sort of like What's New scooby doo, where it went big! That series had films too. So they should make a series where it can grow constantly is what I'm trying to say. It doesn't have to be like what's new scooby doo. And it would be good for spinoffs and bring scrappy in too
Guys, honestly, I want to thank you for this. Just remembering the clips is enough to make me really happy. I don't know why I never take the time to sit down and watch a movie, but I thank you for doing it, and sharing it.
Im glad a friend of mine shared Razzle on their discord in the beginning of this year, because this has been an amazing year of watching every new Razzle commentary and a few streams.
Haha this subathon was so fun; glad that the first live commentary went off with no problems! I remember while they were busy simping the werecats Twitch chat was heavily simping over Beau (the gardener) whenever he appeared lol. Its interesting seeing what makes the final cut for the video and how they edit the jokes/visual gags. Cant wait to see future live commentaries make it as videos!
I was happy to introduce this movie to my best friend this month. Such a fun time watching Zomvie Island again. Makes me wanna rewatch the others like Witch's Ghost and Cyber Chase
This movie and monster house gave me nightmares when I was a kid. Cause you know how a 5 year olds imagination gets away from them. Now those two movies are ones that I to watch every year around this time of year. They are cult classics
I loved this commentary! I also loved getting to watch you guys do it live during the subathon stream, that was really cool to get to see. This commentary was honestly hilarious. Every joke and running gag was really funny, every time you brought back one of the jokes it felt like it got even funnier. I was literally laughing throughout this whole video. I just thought that the humor in this one was just so amazing. This commentary in its entirety was just peak comedy. I just had so much fun watching this one. And it’s always great to see you guys do a commentary on a movie you like. Anyway, for one of your next commentaries I think you guys should do Kung Fu Panda.
Men this movie goes crazy, as a kid my room was in the basement, so for a few months, id dream zombies were comming out of my walls just like the scene where they fall in the hole haha 😂
I love this and Witch’s ghost so much that as a teenager I used an amazon gift card I got as a birthday present to order the dvds for both. I like rewatching this one for the funny faces like depressed fred
I loved this movie as a kid because it took place in Louisiana, where I grew up. However, now, listening back to all of the names, it pains me inside. The people supposed to be from Louisiana mispronounced almost every single one 😭
NO FUCKING WAY I was literally watching your other scooby doo commentaries this morning, then watched zombie island by myself, and now this comes out?? PERECT 😆😆😆
his story why did songs use to go so hard in movies like specially why and how did they choose to add special and careful music when no one listen. bc they knowd no one listened
I watched this movie 100 times as a kid. I appreciate that they didnt really pull any punches with the designs or the villians. The zombies are effectively creepy and disgusting looking, and the cat designs are imposing and scary. I also appreciate that once the villians reveal themselves, they're shown to be genuinely evil people without any redeeming qualities and they die horribly. I dont know that kids movies still do stuff like that
I love that this year’s spooky month began with a Scooby Doo movie and it ends with another Scooby Doo movie
whos to say spooky month ends today?.........
@jacobcolton3828 well it is the 31st of octopus or whatever the month is called
Iconic
Scooby Doo is the Alpha and Omega of Halloween.
And the fact that they retconned this entire movie from the Scooby Doo canon in the sequel is such trash, too. Cuz we cAn'T hAvE tHe MoNsTeRs Be ReAl.

Man’s a living running gag
"It's Terror Time Again" is one of the best songs in cartoon history.
Dang straight it is.
the ghost is here is a close second.
While Mystery Incorporated is overall the best part of the Scooby-Doo franchise, we wouldn't have it if this movie didn't happen. It literally revitalized the Scooby brand.
Mystery incorporated is so good
It was a good way to modernize the franchise, better than another show I can think of
Better than anything (cough) Velma (cough)
@@J_Craneur comment does not make sense but at the same time I know exactly what u meant to say
(Sings whats new Scoobt Doo in the corner)
Casuals come for the zombies, people of culture come for the cat women.
the only thing i ended up remembering about this movie was the cat girls. then i realised i probably wasn’t hundred percent heterosexual
Its taken me 4 years to realize my furry awakening was from these Werecat women
“You ate all the contraband!” Last time I checked airport contraband isn’t food that often, wtf did Shaggy and Scooby eat???
"that's the question"
*Climbs over railing*
Shaggy: "Like, man, you don't know food comas till you've had a cheese wheel stuffed with crystal meth!"

Zombies, Goth Witches, and guys who turn into Werepanthers. The whole sexual spectrum.
Don't expect alot from the sequel thats all I'll say
Do you know what a 'hood' is?
Don't watch the sequel. It's just a stupid cash grab movie which ruins the original
4:51 The wholesome moment of hugging the Pooh plushy followed by throwing it across the room 😂
"Y E E T!"
Lena Dupree... A sweet Cajun belle? She's voiced by Tara Strong? AND she's a nigh-immortal monster girl?

Referencing Hov’s Monster verse the entire commentary was truly my Achilles heel

I usually comment about Ryan’s drip (which he had some cool, simple drip this vid) but we really need to appreciate Ben’s drip.

The soundtracks for this and the sequel with the Hex-girls goes so Fucking Hard!! 😂 🤘🤘
