The 991.1 GTS doesn't use a GT3 derived engine it's the regular 3.8 DFI engine with the X51 power pack
He got all the specs wrong, wrong hp wrong engine wrong redline.
Haven't you heard, the internet is the greatest source of unconfirmed information, especially on forums.
@@nickk707 The last time I checked the redline is at 7600 RPM on the tach on my GTS. That is the first you see a red line.
Sure to be iconic as the last of the NA 911s. Sweet symphony coming from the PSE, with all the burbles and pops. Modern tech with the old school feel. What more can you ask for?

Great review. Very articulate lots of energy. Just to clarify, PASM is more than just lower suspension height. It has active suspension adjustments to lighten your stiffen the dampening of the dampers.

You might consider mentioning that it is a 991.1. Minor detail.
Revs to 9,000 rpm... almost...er, or maybe it sounds like it? 🙄 And it ain’t a GT3 engine... it’s the normal carrera S with power kit. Keep going with your reviews - you’ll get better, but you really should know your basic facts. Well done otherwise 👍🏼

Reminds me a lot of those on Rennlist and other Porsche forums. You can usually find them due to their extremely high post counts and usually very little knowledge.

Yeah but his information is so inaccurate so that’s probably why. Clearly not researching the car properly before he reviews it. He’s talking like someone who’s just learnt about cars doing a review. Like someone who wanted to start a TH-cam channel but had no unique thing to do it about so just copied other people by doing cars with absolutely no interest in them.

It doesn't rev to 9k...my god, the amount of outright errors in this review should require you remove this video from you tube.
This guy gets almost everything about this car wrong.
You should study the specs of the cars before doing your videos, because you're giving out the wrong information.
LOL the 991.2 GTS is better in everything.
It might be better on paper but every owner gets something different from both cars. I wouldn't just say outright 'better'.
