Vani, the pattern runs big and boxy. You may want to cut and sew a mock up for sizing. You don't need to add the ruffle for the mock. I love my cotton blouse. I want to make another one.

I made this pattern. Mine came out too large also. I used a cotton fabric and put on a contrasting binding instead of the ruffles. Looked great just too big. Will make again. Your makes look beautiful!
Yes, it runs big and boxy so I made it smaller and I made it twice now. I have my notes and I plan to make it again. It's absolutely adorable with the right fabric. Thanks for watching Kathy!! 🥰
