I own Axia E MT (Manual Transmission) but I usally call it Axia E.M.P.T.Y almost 4 years now. Shifting gears not smooth even during it NEW condition, almost 80,000 KM mileage now. The clutch has bit "sound" when driving long distant now even after turn off car. Need to cool it down for few minutes so the sound will be gone. Work fine even if not cool it down. I go to Services Center for full inspection and they say "need to replace 1 set clutch system. Total cost was RM1.2k".
Axia is a great car.. Highly reliable.it wont let you down. Its not a performance but practical and reliable. The unlock passenger its not an issue for axia advance.
@@aminyusuff7 Drive with caution, don't drive fast, don't corner hard and keep a safe distance with the car ahead of you. The reason are because the suspension is soft, car is light which makes the rear tyres easily loose traction plus skinny stock tyres and no Anti-lock Braking System (ABS ).
What do you think of the Axia E having no rear wiper and no rear defogger? Do you apply / put anything to solve this issue? What's it like on rainy days when you try to reverse your car?
It isn't that bad actually believe or not, the rear window doesn't fog up that hard that I wished it has a deforgger. Probably because the car is so small that the aircond does a good job to prevent it from fogging up. And I also never wished it had a rear wiper maybe it's due that I frequently drive sedan cars that doesn't have rear wipers in the first place.
@@ksam545 yeah, the reason I duplicate the key instead of using the ones they gave is because I put the duplicate key for the boot in the car. Both the key that came with the car have the immobiliser chip in them. So I would like to keep one of the original keys at home just in case instead of putting it in the car.
I won't say they are equal in reliability, because the Axia has a Daihatsu engine which is well known for it's Japanese reliability. The Saga MC2 is reliable, a workforce for the Malaysian people that won't let you down. Just sometimes it'll act up because Proton isn't know for it's workmanship and final inspection. Like for example recently I had to get the Saga MC2's oil sump to be resealed, it wasn't sealed properly from the factory and there was a slight oil leak. The parts are good, the engine is good and the quality of parts are good. But workmanship in the factory when assembling and final checks are lacking.
@@ethansrandomvideos6312 I got u meant. By d way, owners always face a bit difficult to shift between gears in Axia, and it's shift stick somehow feel like a toy. What ur though on this?
@@truckman7123 Yeah it gets some time being used to the Axia's gear shifter. It's rough, far from smooth like the Saga. For me after driving one week with the Saga or Vios and when I go back to the Axia, I frequently didn't manage shift all the way into third gear because I wasn't hard enough. But after a few days I got back used to it and shifting gears is fine.
I have its twin Toyota Agya manual, the car never broke. It's only need 2 things
1. Oil change
2. Fuel

What camera you used
Nothing special.
Camera on a Mi Note 11 and 70Mai A400 dashcam.

Couldn't you use the second/spare key to unlock the boot?
Yea I use a duplicate key to open the boot sometimes.
@@ethansrandomvideos6312 I assume this Axia E model comes with 2 sets of keys like other cars, right?

haha nice video and review bro, your security on point even blurring out the key itself, afraid of people copying the key? hahaha!
Hahaha, yes, because the security features are too basic and the teeth's of the key isn't complex enough so I ain't risking it.
