Full completion of the Yoshi Challenge available after completing Super Mario Advance once. Each level has two Yoshi eggs hidden in Subspace somewhere in each level, this run not only collects all 40 of those, but all 100 ace coins as well!
What makes this category more difficult than others in Super Mario Bros. 2 speedruns is that the Yoshi Eggs are hidden in places that are skippable in every other run and you often have to backtrack with the potions in levels to get them. Another obstacle is that if you die with any eggs in your inventory, you lose them and have to get them again, as I had to in World 6-2.
Yes, I know there's an annoying black frame in the video, this is due to how video capture works on my computer, I used Visual Boy Advance to perform the run. I did manage to find a workaround before publishing the new video in the link above.
This was my first SMA submission to speedrun.com in this category to establish the ruleset in the All Yoshi Eggs category.
