Keep the videos coming! Because of your videos, we are heading to Bahama Beach Club Resort during our kids Spring Break. We are then taking our Caymas 34CT to the Bahamas the week after they get out of school. We live in Fairhope, Alabama, so trailering and then crossing should be an adventure!!
Hey Nick, Awesome video. Which lens did you use for that picture with the dolphin? Looking for something similar that I can use to document my catches up here in this northeast tuna fishery. Thanks!
Long lining is horrible for the environment and local fisheries with a rediculous amount of bycatch killed annually including, but not limited to birds, marine mammals, sharks, protected fish, etc.
Right on Nick!! Let’s do the white marlin open in ocean city Maryland !!first week of August every year! I think it’s been around for 40 years roughly!! God speed brother
@@francoispelletier3546 not arguing in the comments. But on last comment: don’t get angry at me. The captain and the mate (local Panamanians) were the ones who wanted to take it and told me to get the gaff. The guests at Tropic Star do not keep any of the fish. It all goes to the Lodge or to the local mates and captains so do not get angry at me
@@NickOlinde I understand the situation. You are not on your boat, and your are not the captain. Nobody’s angry. This ´longline’s is artisanal, as you see the main line is polypropylene rope. Probably only a mile long and hauled manually. Not the industrial long lines 40 miles long made of 600 pounds nylon hauled hydraulicly. So this fish was caught by a local hardworking fisherman. I would suggest you cut that part from your video next time. Just not sportsmanlike! ✌

Hi nick how is the weather today I am coming to the Bahamas next Monday
Weather forecasts tend to be more reliable than people on the internet, just saying
It is also my mom’s birthday
I mean, he is my friend and I am on the exact island he is going to so I can give him the exact weather as I see it today
Hey man! The weather today is actually really nice. It has been a little cold and windy lately but today and tomorrow are supposed to be perfect.
Tell her happy birthday for me!
