I live near here. Did you ever tour Peters Twp. Nice area. I lived there for 65 yrs. So many changes. Sold real estate for 25 yrs. In the entire Pittsburgh area.

USC is a suburb that almost always requires a two income family.
You can shop either in Bethel Park or in Peters Township.
The closest Wal Mart Super Center is near Washington, PA. There is a BJs club in nearby South Fayette Twp.
