Good evening madam,
My name is S.Bobby and I'm 21 years old , i have used Skinlite cream for 2 months , before using this cream I was very fair and i don't know about SKIN LITE CREAM, but one of my relative suggest me to use skin lite cream and i started using that cream after 2 months my colour i noticed that my skin is getting darker, so i stopped using the Cream. I was used Skinlite cream for my whole body and face and now my colour is changed. When I exposed to the sun my face is becoming more darker. DOCTOR Please help me to get Rid of this problem.

Steroid based creams should not be used for more than 2weeks on face. They will thin out your skin and make skin sensitive.... please consult a dermatologist to assess what is the impact of skin shine cream on your skin and use medication accordingly.. sun protection is must

Open pores are actually the openings of glands that cannot be removed off completely.. there are many treatments to make the pores small or invisible like microdermabrasion, yellow peel. You can also use retinoid acid creams carefully in nights which on long run will make pores invisible

Acne rosecea or pimple red spots treatment need strict sun protection in first step .. sun exposure will lead more redness.. you can apply ROSABRIL or ERYTHEGO GEL on red spots twice daily

mam tetmosol soap is steriod or not?……..the name itself having SOL at the end.

Tetmosol soap does not have steroid. It is antibiotic soap useful in repeated bacterial infections like pus boils etc. It should not be used as a daily soap as it will make the skin dry and dark. Depending on your skin type dermatologist will prescribe moisturizing saop or body wash if dry or oil cleansing soaps if oily skin..
