- We ended up selling this 1956 Plymouth Savoy parts car to a local guy that collects these cars. The only exception is that we get to keep the top half of the quarter panel fins. i was driving that car until 2010 or 2011, so wasn't sitting for 20 or 30 years. i moved from the valley to nb, then alberta, and came back, and moved to the south shore. i stopped driving when the salt air rusted it beyond my skill to fix it. i gave it to a fella in halifax with the understanding he was going to fix it up again. turned out the fella on giezers hill that had it was just a hoarder, and it sat until it rotted to it current state. it still has my camp aldershot pass on the windshield from when i was a kid, and my Oromocto hospital staff parking pass on the other side. eric george from greenwood did the interior on it when i bought it from bob back in the late 80's

Nice to know the history of the car. Chad owned it and could do what he wanted with it. He and the new owner worked out a deal. Why and how does anyone else question it ffs!
@@stevemartin9670 should i report it stolen, and show this video lol. i don't care what he does with it. it was my first car at 16, and have years of memories tied to it. that's about it. i wasn't happy that he wouldn't sell me the '56 he started the rebuild on after i accepted the price he wanted, but that's life

From what the new owner said from what he was mumbling, it sounded like he was only needing the roof to restore his car.

🌴 My grandma had one of those exact same color , she pamper that car it sat in her heated garage till she passed away then my parents received it , it went from a pampered garage to being out in the open on the farm , it had clear plastic covers on the seats the car only had 12000 miles on it , I was in love with it and wouldn’t sell it to me , they sold the car to pay to repair farm machinery for 1968 for $ 2800 bucks , I was pissed !
My uncle had one of those cars new, and it was the same color and not a bad looking car at all. it was what Chrysler called the forward look.

Built a car starting with the hoods from 2 David Bradley walk-behind tractors. That made the back of the car and a narrowed cowl off a 1980 Jeep made the front. Everything I pick up I look at it and wonder what else could this become. Just put your imagination to work.

My first car was a 55 Plymouth 4 door plaza. Looks almost identical except the bigger fins. Too bad we didn't have TH-cam to guide me back then on repairs and restoration...
Those cars, (especially 2 doors) should be made into hot rods. But, I guess ya do what ya gotta do....still a shame.

Hi Chad and Jolene .. I know time is important but I would have taken the whole quarter panels and then you could in the future have enough to do what you needed .. plus grab those two doors for a four door conversion some day .. just me talking ..
You can see how smart he is after they're all done and they take a walk about what he wants to do about the rear quarter section and where everything there is to that car is that's the brains behind One South to identify

@@timsessions6280maybe they are waiting on more parts for engine or any other Mechanical stuff plus interior has to be made which they have a fella working on it. So in the mean time they are keeping themselves working on different and multiple cars

I said this a while back BADCHAD SWEET JOLENE that VOLVO could look really BadChad like with fins but you know that BUGATTI HUALER with that fin down the roof those would really compliment that going down the top on each sides of that fin you,Ve already made they could be implemented as 3rd lights on top
