I worked at Hartford Vespa Ct 10 years. There was a time were a lot of people who owned classic vespa also had a Stellas. I fixed and setup a lot of Stellas. Take care.

I've never worked on one. Wish I did. Would be nice to see something different But this problem was big on Stella T2 2008. When people started putting bigger jets in the it carb could not keep up.Take care.

If you start kitting any bike with this system good idea to do this.

Thanks man. I'm in Central Mass., I bought a 1979 P200 back in 2020. Doesn't seem like there are many classic Vespas in this area. Do you work on bikes? Im worried about my old electrical system. It works, but it's definelty crusty

The wires that come out of the stator start to crack with age and heat. And can give you a weak spark. Also power problems to the rectifier regulator. I'll take a look at if you like.. 860-384 -2911. I can come up there with tools. Or in a week and a half I will have more room to work on it here.
