According to my observation the judge is bias because he always displays attitude towards the defence of accused 1 to 4 and shows his soft spot to defence of accused no.5.

For me I would say Longwe is the one who did it, out of all that has been said, is always leaving Longwe out of everything. If Longwe had problem with drugs, why must we not believe that is possible he did it and run away. So many mistakes he made when giving testimony, for example when he comes out of the room, people were crying which also tells that they were aware that Senzo was already dead. I would not cry if somebody is laying down and alive but will try to find way to get help. Can Kelly run to the room and come while her mother and sister were still busy assaulting the guy with a gun. Can Senzo leave a person with a gun with the mother of his child for a man without a gun who according to the testimony not even a moment he took out a gun not the weapon to them. Imagine I hear the gun and I decide to pass the guy who shot the gun to the room?😅😂can't remember how many shots fired and the most funny thing of the testimony is that only one person was shot, people who were assisting him were not shot. Tumelo try again this one is not the testimony.

The only good thing that came out of him killing Senzo is that he was forced to go for rehab but if he want to be saved by God he need to speak the truth and confess that he was under the influence of drug. I have no doubts God will have mercy upon him only if he can be honest

The witness's attitude gave room for "a character assination" adv. Mshololo was treading gradually but the judge came across as biased in favor of the witness... Madlala, highest education matric, worked as a general worker at a school in uMlazi, has six dependents and at the time of this saga he was not working due to the foot injury hence the "crutches"...

Hart and these flimsy experts must ask themselves why is the defence having so many defence? One there was no intruder? It was Kelly then it was Longwe who killed Senzo? Why the defence has so many versions. Why was it not put to the witness that witnesses would come and testify that their client was getting married in kzn .
Flimy analysts indeed, they are not watching same case we watched! I also listened and the witness seemed credible. He stuck to his version. Defence lawyers failed to prove inconsistencies...just bounced around like headless chickens.
