I love the color, ''Blanco". It's a safety feature, it can be seen at night and low light conditions. You can't beat the price, only about $1,000. I love it!
Hey there Electrified Latina! Another great review by the Electrified Latina! Lectric makes a very good and thought out bike for the money but first things first. Look how cute and adorable you look! Your skirt matches your helmet! You're rocking the horns and shades!🤘 😎. Your shirt has an ⚡ and says electrify! You're on point with your attention to detail, just like the Electric Express! Now, about that bike! Torque sensor, hydraulic brakes and UL Listed for under $1000 with the quality, craftsmanship and the attention to detail that Lectric gives their bikes, such as that adjustable handlebar and putting slime in the tires at the factory. There's a reason Lectric bikes sell the way they do. It also helps having influencers , such as the Electrified Latina, showcasing and reviewing these awesome ebikes. I love the motor on this one. As a commuter bike, 500 watts with a peak of over 1000 watts is more than enough power but if it's not, Lectric offers a 750 watt version with a bigger battery. The only thing I would add to this model would be a working brake light, suspension seat post and maybe a rear rack. As is ,with that very nice swept back handlebar and those nice metal pedals, this bike screams, ride me! Give me all the cookies! 🍪 That bike is the ultimate A to B commuter ebike. Well engineered to, not only will get you to your destination but do it in style. It's nice to see Lectric widen their offerings with larger framed bikes, trikes, etc. The one thing I would like to see Lectric, as well as other manufacturers offer is long distance range ebikes. A bike that can reach 60+ miles on throttle and 100+ on peddle assist with Lectric's quality and engineering would be a dream. Everyone seems to be so enthralled with going fast and top speed but to me distance and range, on a single charge, is the most attractive feature. Thank you for this review of the Lectric Xpress, it's nice to also see reviews of wallet friendly ebikes, like this one.😊 I am overjoyed that your channel is growing and that you will be doing more traveling and covering more ebike news, reviews and topics. It's all due to your hard work and dedication to the ever growing ebike industry. A big shout-out to Jhon also!!! Stay safe, happy riding and see you on the road. 🚲 ------Steve.
Hey Steve! It’s always such a pleasure to read your very thoughtful and insightful comments! First things first- you are so so very sweet and complementary and I can’t deny that I do love compliments lol! I’m so passionate about what I do that I do pay a lot of attention to the details, my craft really motivates me ☺️ And yes, this bike what can I say! Well, I said it all in the video haha! I agree with you in that this bike should have a brake light, a bell, the suspension seat post and a rear rack you can buy separately- it would be so hard to keep this bike at $999 with those extra things, but of course it would be awesome if they came with. I also don’t have enough good things to say about Lectric! I’m so grateful that they have given me this opportunity to be reviewing a ton of their models! You’re very welcome my friend! I do really enjoy reviewing a variety of e-bikes for a varied audience! I will give Jhon a shout-out from your part. Very excited for what’s coming for the channel and to have you plugging along with us! Happy Riding and see you very soon! (Sunday)
Great review! I like how you give us a feel for how the bike will behave, not just the statistics. I would buy this bike as my summer commuter if I didn't already have a bike (to use in the winter too, an Adria 24) and my wife might object to yet another bike!
@@chrislatchem1854 awww thanks so much! I’m glad you like the style of my reviews and that is helpful! And wow you got yourself an amazing bike with the Adria24 congrats! Yay for your wife! You can never have too many e-bikes 😉
Great review as always. I see you mentioned that this bike does not have the wobble you experienced with the XPeak Step Thru model. Its obviously related to the size of the tire. I think Lectric needs to re-engineer the frame for the Step Thru and put some larger frame gussets near where the down tube and seat tube meet to stabilize the frame. I have the XPeak High Step and there is no wobble. I would love to have the XPress too, it seems so nimble compared to the XPeak.
Looks like you had fun on this solid commuter bike. For the price it’s a great bike. Hard to knock too much for that price. I love your constant attention to safety. Your neon lime green shorts/skirt really stand out. Hard to miss and look good. 😊👍
Nice review! I have the high step 750W Xpress and have really enjoyed it. I agree with everything you've said, it's powerful, very nimble, and smooth and enjoyable on PAS1 when I want to get a good workout in. One note, I do some gravel forest paths in addition to urban riding, and the tires are definitely more suited to pavement since they don't have a lot of tread on the sides. Since I've been riding more lately, I took a turn a bit too fast on gravel and slid out (luckily the derailleur guard works well :) with some nice scrapes on my knees and hands. When I need to replace my tires, I'll probably get something with minimal center tread for street but a little more tread on the sides for cornering on loose ground. But otherwise a really nice bike. Keep up the great work!
Good point about off-road! On road nice to have smooth tread, more grip too on pavement, less energy use...everything depends on where you ride, pick your tires carefully when replacing them.
For cruise control, you will throttle, then press the plus button until you see it says cruise on the display towards the bottom right hand corner.. I haven't quite figured out If you release the throttle first or the plus button first for it to hold, I just release them both at the same time. When you break, it turns the cruise off.
Hello! There is a version that’s a 750w motor, and also has a bigger battery! It’s $300 more than this one showcased here, and it’s worth it. This one here for $999 you can’t beat that. Thanks for chiming in!
Hi Doug and sorry for the late reply. Times have changed, and now the step- through’s are for both men and women, it’s all about comfort and accessibility. If that’s what you’re looking for, this frame would be the one for you! Thanks for chiming in! 😍

Thanks for the review, helped me make my final decision between this and the 750 watt one, which I am getting.
You’re very welcome and happy to hear I was able to help! I would always go for the more power as well 😉

Great review but whew with so many e bikes out there it’s tough to figure out which one to buy

At 3:30 you mention hydraulic front suspension. Can you confirm that the forks are actually oil-filled?
That's only 4,000 less watts than the Monstar. 😂 Neat bike .
That is so funny! 🤣 Very neat bike indeed and thanks so much for chiming in!
Just ordered one for my girlfriend. Can't wait to see her Lance Armstronging around

Not a review... BLATANT COMMERCIAL $$$$$
she did criticize the derailer. For a commuter bike, looks good. lots of good reviews from non sponsered reviewers.
Thanks friend- this bike is awesome what can I say! 😉
What more could could a guy or girl want? Rode one the other day and it is a fantastic bike.
