I have this exact bike. It's pretty nice. I have actually been able to ride it 62 miles on one charge alternating between PAS 1,2,3 and turning it off because it rolls really well. However, the claim that the motor is 400% quieter than previous Lectric bikes is just a flat out lie. I own a 2.0xp and 3.0 xp and they all sound exactly the same. I also pre ordered mine and have still not recievied the fenders and rear rack due to "delays". I also switched out the thumb throttle for my 2.0 half twist throttle. All in all though it's a great bike and going uphill in this bike is soo much easier than all other Lectric bikes I've tried
Been waiting for a review of this one for awhile. Seen a few other reviews but none of them really put it to the test when it comes to hills. Really impressed with the 20% grade, don't struggle at all. Decent range on the battery too. Those handle bars have to be some of the best I've seen yet, so much adjustability. Great review as always.
Hey Matt, just wanted to say thanks for this awesome review of the Lectric Xpress 750! It was super helpful to see it in action and get your honest take. I especially appreciated the detail about the torque sensor and how it feels to ride . The hill climb test on the California Incline was impressive too, and it's good to know it can handle some decent slopes. Love your content keep it up!
For like 1500$ I have rear suspension & 25AH. Good price, Good company. Non mechanically inclined people should get this IMHO. But if you can DIY definitely go that route. I laced my rear 28" wheel with a 6 pawl hub for my bafang 750w mid drive. Each pedal has a 3 pawl clutch and my new rear koozer hub has 6 pawls. When coasting those 12 pawls sound AWESOME!
I’m 5’3” with a tall torso and short legs. I barely fit on this. I absolutely cannot leave it on power assist from a start or I, too, get the bucking horse. Took some getting used to. The key with this bike is the settings and the adjustments make it an even more amazing ride. Motor loudness is a complaint for many of us with this same model. You can set it for cruise control to sip on the battery. I don’t like to ride without pedaling, so I don’t use it - but if you want to maximize your range, users love that feature. All menu driven. I had hoped you would have reviewed this earlier because I wanted to buy through your link to thank you for all your amazing videos. Thanks for the video.
@@cynic256 most people buying an electric bicycle just throttle it the entire time and use it like a moped lol. The gearing is never good enough to pedal above 20mph on most ebikes anyway.
@@ramborambokitchenkitchen6357 I ride with over 20 people consistently who all own ebikes and not a single one of them rely on throttle or even use throttle any significant amount of time. Americans are lazy.
Your videos make me want an e-bike and will help me decide which one to get. I do a lot of mailing and it gets really expensive driving a gas vehicle back-and-forth to the post office.
Definitely get one mate, they are the most fun mode of transport on the planet. I’m spending about 2 bucks on electricity every month to charge mine up and cover about 250 miles in that time.
This is a nice weight for putting in the back of a CRV or RAV4 compared to buying and installing a hitch and a bike rack to fit my 130 pound Philodo Jumbo.
I bought my wife the 750 step through, and myself the 750 step over a couple of months ago for riding pathways. I just don’t like how loud the motors are. I also have a 2024+ Wired Freedom for myself for when I want to go exploring, and it’s much quieter than the Lectric bikes are. The screens are nice and bright on ours though.
You must have a massive storage corral for your ever-growing collection of ebikes, lol. This one is looking quite similar in form and function to the Velotric D2 and my wife's newly purchased Magicycle CT-1, both with switchable torque/cadence sensors.
As always fun & great reviews, keep it coming, any chance of getting the Eurphree Stella Falcon to review? I am trying to decide between that & the LX 750 .Thanks
My question is, where (and why) did you lose 10 pounds? That's the bike I want to test the Reno-Sparks McCarran Loop with. It's almost 30 miles around but with many elevation changes and gradients, particularly on its west side.
I really like being able to switch between cadence and torque sensors..Don't always want to work for top speed, don't or can't always get sweaty and tired..Especially on a cargo bike, but any Ebike really..Those torque sensors turn an ebike into a toy, rather than an alternative form of transportation..I prefer a toy and transportation..
@@cynic256 The bike can go 30 mph, throttle will get you to 20mph, if you want the other third of the power, and travel at a decent speed, you have to power the hamster wheel with your feet....
@@realeyesrealizereallies6828 mine does 35mph but I have dual motors so the acceleration is crazy, definitely more than the 750 limit seeing as I’m sending 25 amps to each motor and they are nominally rated for 1kw each lol. Sadly the bigger manufacturers are obviously gonna build bikes that follow regulations. Good thing the police don’t really give a shit.
$1,300 is not cheap! 14 amph battery is no longer the norm! Look I want manufacturing done here in the US as much as the next guy. But you can get an ebike with a 32 amph battery for less than $1,000.
Hello I just wanted to to you that Jesus loves you and he wants a relationship with you. If you are willing to give your life to him and follow him then he will transform your life into something greater than you can ever imagine. Make sure to obey him and strive to be like him in all his ways and he will give you the gift of heaven. In Jesus' name I pray that you will accept him, Amen
Think she was going to put a vinegar soaked rag in the engine bay to keep mice and squirrels out. Seen people do the same thing with dryer sheets. The way she said it though had me wondering at first.

You can go into the menu and use the “multiplier “ setting to lower the amount of pressure the torque sensor needs, more faster less effort

the link does not work for some reason. it close the link like its virus issue.
What is the maker of your body weight scale
Why no neck mounted front bosses for attaching a basket?
i dropped the charger many times its very good
I like the bike but saw in the specs that the controller is a 24 where the battery and motor is both 48; just not sure if that is a problem or not.
Just pick up my dual motor-battery yolin.

The removable pedals are an added level of security. Remove and pocket a single pedal and peddling the bike is impossible.

Would you buy this Lectric Express 750 or the Velotric Discover 2?
I really need fenders. Lot's of rain here in the Netherlands 🇳🇱
This would be a perfect bike if Lectric would allow it to go around 25 throttle only.

Riding e-bikes, building e-bikes, walking the dog, eating super clean real foods, no sugar, it honestly happened by accident.
