What about condos single-story because of my kids move up there I might look up there too and I’m their mother and they’re in their 50s so I really don’t wanna part with being able to see them but it Has to be close to stores so I could at least walk-I hate the ideal three and four story huge apartment buildings that is just not me. I’ve been living for 22 years in a very very small complex but it’s upstairs so if I was gonna move, I would have to get everything I want.
As we speak, they're making a mess of Downtown Eagle. Too much building. Too much construction/density for such a small area. All to accommodate the flood of people fleeing the left coast. Trying to put 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag. Lost its quaint appeal. Old State St, especially at the 4-way stop is backed and up and never used to be. It is now far too crowded and congested for such a small area.
It is looking a bit messy right now. I'm planning on doing a video showcasing what is going on down there. I hope that when it's all cleaned up it will still have that charm of downtown eagle.
Im a disabled vet. I have section 8 and i live in a very nice apartment in eagle. I pay $500 a month my portion.
I’ve lived in eagle for 6 years as a single mom. I have a sweet deal on my rental though.
Are there any fresh juice places there where they juice vegetables and fruits?

So what I’m hearing is I could open up a good coffee-smoothie shop business like Nektar there near Legacy ?
Bingo!
