Both 2 Prices Way above what I would think because my son has a beautiful house and worth about $985,000 in Laguna Niguel with everything close lots of water close to the beach great schools but too many people that aren’t knowing what the hell is going on with our government and not doing anything about it or even caring - - lost souls.

I have an old house in Los Angeles built in 1960 I’m renting it for 3500 so probably about $800,000 home

Hallway too narrow in first house- guess it’s the higher priced and I’d guess at 3-5-24 about $845,000 but what is HOA 🤣??? My kids ( in 50’s) thinking of looking unless our govt gets awakened and Trump gets in.

The Star house had cabinets that look similar to the ones in a rental apartment. Couldn't tell from the video what type of finish but they were too dark and looked like a veneer.
