Not sure of the recording details, but this is the type of audio that works very well for me personally. Far enough away that you get a sense of the space and picking up everything. Fantastic video!
The mic placement usually changes video to video depending on what kind of shot I want, I think they were a little further away from me so I could get more of the background in

Thank you Charlotte. Very informative as well as tinglesome! You've reminded me that I really need to drink more water throughout the day. I've found a perfect blend of hot and cold water where the temperature is just below luke warm and has a sweet taste. You posted up a video of your meal planning some time ago, Has your meal planning changed at all during the lockdown?
It hasn’t really changed that much during lockdown. I’ve fatigued a little with it as eating out isn’t an option and on certain days I wasn’t able to buy what I wanted due to supplies being low. I’m currently on a bit of a salad obsession at the moment

I honestly only tend to eat one meal a day. It's not a healty lifestyle. Also I'm terribly inactive. I think my downfall tends to be my fluids, drinking sugared tea throughout a typical day if I'm not drinking alcohol or diluted concentrate drinks.
My meals vary in a week. I can enjoy low carb, sugar, salt foods and I'm happy with veg. I'm even partial to water.
But to give an example, I'll spend the day drinking and drinking.. anything, until evening where I'll eat half of a full meal like a chilli or spag bol and return to it by late night. Again, what makes it worse is the sedintary, low energy ..crikey let's call a spade a spade - LAZY lifestyle I lead.
Time is catching up with me though. The doctor has warned me that I'm risking diabetes.
Anyway, thank you for this video. It's relaxing yet sobering and professional too! Great work Dr. Angel :)
Maybe try and swap 1 of your drinks with just water and slowly increase that, even that smallest changes help 🥦

The other day I ate: 2X choc Up&go + 1X bag of lindor chocolates + 1X McDonald’s medium chocolate shake + 1X bowl of rice bubbles. My diet needs improving.

I had an advert literally every 4 minutes and it made it super hard to relax as they were so loud! I know you need the ads to make a living so I've nothing against that, this one just seemed a lot more than usual! I wish you could pick relaxing ads to go doth asmr videos 😂

I went to a nutritionist once. She let out a loud and unexpected fart in the middle of our session. We were both intensely uncomfortable but didn’t acknowledge it happened.

I am happy to watch the ads because I know you make a little money when I do, but is there a way they can be placed at the beginning or end of the video? The ads really ruin the ASMR vibe when they are in the middle of the video.

I figured it must have been something like when I originally wrote the comment. You have been on TH-cam for quite a while and your videos never had ads in the middle. Trust TH-cam to wring every dollar they can out of the app.
Later I was watching another artist and he posted a comment that TH-cam was doing this. He also posted how to disable it. I figure you know how to do it, but if you don’t and need his name I can give it to you (I would never post the name of another artist on your channel without your approval).

Thank you, it's been disabled now. I've always been opted out of mid-rolls but TH-cam kindly opted me in for them as well as a RIDICULOUS amount of ad breaks. Fortunately it's only on new uploads and they've not put them on all of my old videos

Absolutely not, ASMR with mid roll ads is not really ASMR (unless they're silent pop up banners but the ads are like jump scares)
