What is the difference between DHP458 and BHP458? does the BHP lack percussion? is one brushless?
Basically I am unsure wether to purchase, the DHP/BHP458 or the DHP480, the DHP458 has a higher torque nm ratingthan the 480, but I guess this compromises, size, weight, and battery life right?

Yes, I run mine with a 5Ah battery, and I recently bought this same drill for my dad and it came with the 5Ah battery. Brilliant drill, very tough and well made.
Is it brushless?
No
This drill has no 2000 rpm in 2. mode. It has only 1450 rpm with new, fully charged 3 Amp battery.
Well that is the sad truth :-(
If anybody can explain it why is it so, please do so.

In my opinion its because it doesnt have the brushless motor...
