Crazy how people been overacting the rituals that are Being practiced from 1000 of years ago.
But no denying that people been misplacing these practices which are only meant to followed according to tantricist approach.
Bengal and nepal is always being the hub for tantra.
Tamsik practices which includes both satvik(which denies the need of sacrifices) and tamsik( which include animal sacrifices) whether you like it or not but me being vegetarian have accepted it.
No point of denying you can oppose the very concept but denying the existence of tamsik tantra is bullshit.

I don’t really care what you believe in, whether you’re a carnivore, pescatarian, or vegetarian-everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. However, false information is still false, no matter how it’s packaged. For instance, if performing sacrifices (bali) truly had the power to bring prosperity, then why is Nepal still one of the poorest countries in the world? Nearly one-third of its youth have left to seek employment abroad. Surely, if tantra and deep spiritual practices held the answers to wealth and success, they wouldn’t need to leave. The spread of misleading information only leads to more uninformed masses blindly following, without understanding the real-world consequences.

Development and spirituality is different deep dive in tantra provide you peace consciousness/ presence of Shakti in your inner body (by sadhana) employment you're referring is materialistic concept which have absolute 0 correlation with tantra/ spirituality
Also at this present date there are almost no tantra practices in nepal also those so called bali pratha these days are not followed according to tantraistc approach.
Comparetively bengal(india) are following tantra more.
