Jeremiah has the right idea buy 2 pairs’ 😄. If I find foot ware that are really comfortable and I know I will wear them consistently I always get another pair. Here in the U.K. you are not supposed to drive in sandals, flip flops or anything other than full shoea or boots 🤷♀️. I hate the ‘rule’ it’s terrible in the hot weather…… big fine and possible ban!! Love your philosophy on dealing with bickering kids! Those chicks are sooooo cute.

That was so nice of you to have some one on one time with Jeremiah! Breakfast sounded good. I never wear sandals anymore like I did when I was a kid. But, I love wearing slippers around the house all the time.
We live 15 minutes from the bigger towns too. Kinda fun to live a slower life at home but still be able to have access to the thighs we need just 15 minutes away on the freeway.
I get about 2-3 years out of a pair of sandals then the last year they become around the house sandals. I had to toss a couple of pairs this year one I had for 20 years dress with high heels so not worn as often but it hurt as I really liked them. However, the only cobbler is 3 hours away so not worth the time time and money to keep them
