Black Heron did a awesome job with this games ost, especially this song, The Tooth Hurts, and literally, the corridor and Ambulance versions of the songs
Everytime I listen to this, I can't help but sing along. And this goes along for every song, except Space. Because it's just pianos. This is how good Black Heron's work on this game is good.

You can beat it in 30 seconds by hitting him with the flat end of the axe and lightly tapping any remaining bone out.

Nu cyka. I got A++ on Brain Transplant (theatre), Brain Transplant (ambulance), Brain Transplant (Space), Teeth Transplant (Theatre), trump operation, heavy operation and Alien Operation (Gobbleshaft) and im pretty much new to this game. All of this was accomplished in Surgeon Simulator A&E.
