This was actually the final level at the time, because before the "Codename Trisha" update, there were only Operating Room and Ambulance surgeries, and there were no eye or teeth transplants before the mobile version was released
Tbh I expected surgeon simulator 2 to be as epic as this one and as emotional upon failure but what we got is dissapointing. A game made for youtubers with bad gameplay. Seriously surgeon simulator 2 resembles in no way the series
