*Totally impressive **Fastly.Cool** in my room. Wish I designed this myself. We can’t believe how quiet it is. It’s not as heavy as our last AC unit but it works more evenly and efficiently. Extremely happy with this purchase.*

Ha!, what's a coolbot? Full marks tho for showing how to safely remove entire cover! Really appreciated.

Hello Bryan, thanks for reaching out! We're glad our video was able to help you out.
The CoolBot is a microcontroller that allows you to cool a well insulated room down to refrigeration temperatures with a window A/C, saving $1,000's compared to a traditional walk-in cooler. Visit our website to learn more. www.storeitcold.com/how-it-works/

Sometimes the secondary sensor is hidden pretty well, mine went straight from the circuit board to the copper tubing just below the circuit board. The wire wasn’t visible at all until I accessed the circuit board. Thanks

Thank you so much for this video, I was about to return it, thinking it didn't work.
My unit has 12,000 BTU, I found the first sensor, the one with black plastic, but I didn't find the copper one.

My Frigidaire air conditioner beeps and goes nuts when you plug it in. It will go into whatever mode it feels like going into and stay in that mode. Right now it gets stuck in 60f cool mode. But sometimes it defaults to fan mode. Unplugging it and hitting the reset button the plug doesn't help. But it varies as to what mode it will default into.
Is the board that is in the grill with the touch buttons bad or is it that box on the left hand side?
Mine is a very large 240 volt unit I cannot afford to replace. It's from about 6 or 7 years ago.
When it gets stuck in the cool mode like it is now, I can at least get cold air out of it. The problem is it is stuck on 60, which is the lowest setting and so the compressor will never stop running when it's plugged in.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Your troubleshooting efforts sound like the steps we would take - resetting the A/C is the first thing to try. It would be hard to offer a solution without being able to review the unit and the voltages at various points in the unit. Our suggestion would be to contact a qualified A/C technician who can run diagnostics on the unit to help troubleshoot the issue.

@@Storeitcold Is the computer in the module that sits in the removable faceplate or is there another computer in that box in the left hand side as shown at 1:43 in the video? If it is the unit in the front panel, it should relatively easy and cheap for me to replace it. But I don't want to go through all that expense and trouble if that isn't even the control module.

@@tarstarkusz Window A/Cs typically have 2 boards (Input and Main). The problem on your A/C is "most likely" with the Input board which is the one on the front grill. Sorry that we cannot answer more definitively to your issue but this is an area out of our expertise (A/C repair) in which which we won't be able to give you the best advice.

The unit needs to tilt slightly backwards so water drips out the back and out the window. It is a gravity issue. Unit must also be tightly secured so it doesn’t fall out the window!!

I tried calling customer service but they said they can't take my call cuz of a "high volume of calls" which I know is bullshit and they're just too lazy to deal with issues. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot when you hold the wifi button and it produces 3 rapid consecutive beeps and one quick flash of the light?

I'm not sure if this is something I need to do to my air conditioner or not. I would have spoken. I'm to the point that if you are not going to speak in a video, I am not going to bother watching it. Why people even bother making videos if they are too scared to speak, just don't.
