The only doctor that makes so much sense. He needs to spread his operations worldwide. His expertise is something that is very much needed outside of USA.
Thanks Dr! I think you're the one who comes with the best information on pulsatile tinnitus, foggyness, head pressure, tiredness etc. And its something you can do at home. I would love if you could come with something you can do at home and tools you can buy. I have a mat roller and tried to use it instead of a denneroll (dont have one yet) and it actually took the head pressure away and the pulsatile tinnitus is down to like 10-20 procent from 70-80 procent. Holy cow! Theres something to it! Thanks I need to learn more and do something myself at home. Thanks again! Keep up the good work! We need someone like you on youtube with these issues that I see a lot of people have. Otherwise its operation with a scent in the brain, which dont sound nice, or prolotherapy with injections in the neck, which seems alright but im from europe and the one is in america. All the other things ive learned so far with pushing your ear or sounds etc, does not work and isnt suitable for the long run.
when u lose neck curve I'm pretty sure c1 tends to move forward relative to styloids and squish the internal jugular veins so restoring the curve helps that.
You need to be on every news / talk show to explain the unfortunate oversights in medical care. It's too easy to Tunnel vision oneself (doctor or patient) into One Method. Professionals need to create relationships and combine skills.
I agree also their are lot of sharlents in this medical practice. Plus u have to meet so called specks in order to get treatment. Financial is the main one. Then the rest up to them.
Wow great explanation of how break down of neck and how prp helps people. To bad I am still suffering since 2021 . When I was told I wasn't candidate at the caring medical office two years ago. I have had to seek help elsewhere.
Doc! Thanks for sharing. How safe is to perform multiple DMXs across the patient's treatment to check for progress? Doesn't the DMX imply a significant amount of radiation each time? Thanks!
A bit confused with some conflicting info you talk about…. It makes sense that a damaged neck joint would result in muscles clamping down…with that being said, wouldn’t you see an increase of the neck curve since there’s overwhelmingly more extensors than flexors both in muscles and in bulk and strength? Second, you also start to mention at 3:15 that damage in the neck causes a slumped forward position, which of course would cause the ‘pseudo’ lordosis…. But you earlier that damage causes loss of lordosis?
Hi Anjela! In this video I mention the following… but people should always try to start with something that is carefully curated, local, and the most reasonable - but if you aren’t getting results within a month - typically time to escalate or try something different! Please let us know if you get good results with MCU. 😊 you can write us at doctor@doctorhutcheson.com so we can stay connected throughout your journey!
Andy! Thanks for the great question. The first part of my response is - There are more than one ways to get from A to B in most things- and second, the literature I’ve found has predominantly shown dry needling to be effective at treating tendinopathy and it has also suggested that further research be done. There are suggestions that the addition of autologous blood products may further enhance outcomes as well. - thirdly, future research may / should consider (in my opinion) the effects of correctly ‘peppering’ the tendons with a needle and how that stimulates repair / healing / contrasted with a different ‘less aggressive needling technique and thirdly with injection of autologous blood. Are you a researcher? Maybe you could help us 😄 As of now, we are getting a lot of great results with our current dry needling techniques! Thanks again for the interaction and feel free to write us at doctor@doctorhutcheson.com to chat more! ‘Better’ here is partially subjective as many people in all corners of the globe have easier access to dry needling vs PRP, and at a significantly reduced cost of entry / expense. If you are asking per one spot treated/injected, which one will cause a greater repair in that specific part of the tendon - for ‘better’? Then that’s also a great question! My initial thought is if there is a significant partial of full tear then best to consider PRP and or surgery, and if microtears, degeneration, tendinopathy, abnormal function, weak you may obtain great results with either approach!
@@doctorhutchesonthe problem with your comment is that there has been research done that has shown PRP outperforms dry needling when measuring tendon proliferation😮. The research is linked below: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30800297/
I have upper cervical instability and a pinched nerve somewhere at the c5-c6 level, but MRIs doesnt show it. My only problems is that it cause losing all of my hearing both of my ears and more and more floaters both of my eyes. Solution: None.
Also im using starecta splint which raises my eye tooth and my molars which makes me a bit better and using neck pump for cervical curve restoring. No big improvment.

The best "consultation" I ever had....many thanks (From Malaysia)

This makes so much sense! Thank you for the detailed explanation!
It’s our pleasure, Rene! Thank you for the kindness!

I had a question are you familiar with the cervical MCU device? I was reading that this device is used to fix CCI by strengthening the neck

Do you incorporate PRP injections along with physical therapy + exercises?
Woww , amazing video 👏
Thanks Krishna!
Wouldn’t it be better to do precise PRP injection using ultrasound onto those tendons?

How long does it take to regenerate
It depends 🤔 to experience healing… ❤️🩹
