Hi Simon l love watching you and love all your ideas but l am so disappointed ☹️ as l can’t order anything as it’s so expensive to ship to the Uk for example l wanted to try your new sponge and a die cut and it was going to cost me something like $30 the sponge was only £4. 😢 l just feel l am being held back to making such lovely cards and l bet l am not the only in the UK who feels the same ...is there any way we can do anything about this please ... l might have to unsubscribe otherwise as it will be to upsetting seeing all these lovely things you do and can’t get them.
@@felbrook Hi there, That’s crummy😟I’ve heard that if you promote an item to your local retailers they will carry it in their store. I’m not sure how that works but maybe something to look into. 🎨🖌
I love your products because they offer several ways to use them. Your products show your sensitivity for people who cannot afford to purchase each one of the things sometimes needed to produce one card. They are all very versatile. The price of your products are also reasonable. The foam is another example of this quality of yours!
I've had this tool for years and forgot about it. my friend and I were just talking about it yesterday in class. So I'm gonna Dust it off and give it a shot!! Simon, thanks for refreshment.
thank you for always sharing all of these wonderful techniques! I used this technique a long time ago and had forgotten how much fun it was and you always add more interest and ways to use these foam blocks.
Great tips for using the stamp foam. I'm going to pull it out for this years Christmas cards, checking to see what I have in and around the house to make interesting images. I love the idea of using a rubber stamp to make reverse images.
Love the nod to University of Texas! My husband’s favorite color is burnt orange. I love my stamping blocks and have watched all the hints on using them that I can find. Tomorrow is play day!!!
Looks like you have a winner on your hands. It is sold out everywhere! Way to go! Can't wait to try it when it's back in stock. Love your little Instagram video snip-its, too!
Wow, I've been working with my stamping foam & I love it! But I think your tips & tricks will really make them better, especially the tip of attaching the foam to a acrylic block. Thanks for all the ideas.
I got much better results for me by using the acrylic block. I also used less water than I used before. Oh, and my tricolor prints are nicely blended b/c of your suggestions!
OK, I love this stuff. Would you do a video and showing how this would work with a reverse stamp. So like if a dog is facing in one direction, but you want to do another one that faces that dog, could you use this foam. Oh boy I hope this makes sense. Thank you for sharing 😊🤗
I got mine last week. I used to have one of these sponges many years ago. I did play a little. I pressed images on both sides so I didn't use a 2nd sponge. It was fun. Just experimented. I'll have more time later in the week to actually make some cards.
Hi Simon. This is such a unique and amazing product. I am interested in those tiny Ranger blending tools. Oh, I miss your Dudes and Dudettes. I suppose you are trying to be politically correct, but I loved the individuality of Dudes and Dudettes. It is always fun to watch your videos. I learn so much. Wishing you all the best, always.

Those stamping foams are a great design. Will have to try this one day.
Thanks for all the tips Simon. I recently watched Jennifer McGuire who did about a 30 minute about your foams. Was really great and gave me lots of ideas. I think you hit it out of Miller Park!
@@sunnycharacter hi Lori! They are made overseas and we have had a few delays. We are getting a large shipment around July and they will be back and better than ever! :)
@@simon.hurley Oh awesome! I had a feeling it was an overseas issue. I’ve agonized first months trying to find them. An online friend felt sorry for me and sent me one to play with yesterday! I can’t wIt to buy some! Thanks for your quick response! 🥰
stamping with clear stamps gets a better result with foam underneath it.... I use an old mouse pad. Pressing this foam into the inside of an embossing folder gets good results also.
I watched the video that Jennifer McGuire did using your stamping foam and I knew immediately I had to have it. I am on a stamps diet (I went a little overboard last year -- hey, I was bored, don't judge me --😂 ) and this is so versatile I feel like I will be making my own stamps out of anything textured! Thanks for all the tips, I can't wait for mine to arrive!
Can't wait for my stamping foam to arrive. Before ordering, I was wondering if there was anything that I SHOULD NOT do with it. And the price point for the stamping foam was astoundingly outstanding. I say this as the video's beginning, so I'm very interested in the outcome. Thank you, Simon. Prayers and best wishes.
I had ordered the kit but haven't had time to play with all the pieces. I can't wait to try everything out. I'm really excited about this. Thank you :)

I would love to see a video from you on the many different mediums this stamping foam can be used with. Thank you in advance. Blessings and happy crafting. 😊
I bought the small ones thinking you could put them together for bigger cards, but it does not work as it has a very visible line. Hope a larger size comes out. Thanks.
I bought 1 for myself & 1 for my sister. I haven't received it yet, but am very anxious to try it. I'm trying not to think about it till it gets here!!! So,... I was hoping she could use her blow dryer. Thanks, Austin, TX USA
Two days ago I did not know this tool. I checked a video A woman was explaining what to do with it and I saw all the possibilities for myself. I just ordered the foam blocks this morning and I had a hard time to find it because they are all sold out! Too bad I couldn't find it on Amazon. Just can't wait to recieve it and try. Thanks for the tips Simon. This is really cool ;)
Love this Simon, is it available now ? And what is the price point ?i don't think i saw this in the new catalog??? I would like the price point on the acrylic blocks too.
OMG This is one Awesome Product. The looks you achieved here are Amazing and...I can't wait for it to come in stock at Scapbook.com I'm on the Notification list!! Your Tutorial is Outstanding Thanks for doing this and Sharing all the extra Trips, Tricks and Techniques !! YOU SO ROCK!! Joan Smith
So sad! Every time I try to go in and purchase the blocks they are sold out. And literally within minutes of my email notification they were back in stock, they were sold out again. Is there any chance to get on a pay before they’re in stock waiting list? Or will these become available at Michaels or Hobby Lobby! Thanks!
I have been looking for the stamping foam for months and it's been out of stock everywhere. Is it still being produced, and if so, do you have a tentative date they might be available? Thanks :)
Okay... Well, I am NOT a fan of stamps that aren't clear because for whatever reason I have Thee WORST luck with buying inks. They're almost always worthless with the exception of my one black pad (which my mother bought me when i was like 12 -Im now 40 and have never re-inked it and use it a ton). I even returned my gold ink pad 3x once over a week and never once got a clear stamp out of it. I finally bought 2 sample packs the other day of archival inks and another brand I see all the time.. the pigment inks.. dioxide or something? Ugh.. sorry,I can't remember their brand name. Anyway, I thought I'd try again because I love stamps and haven't tried in years. Usually I use markers or gelly pens to color my stamps. It's a pain in the backside. But my luck with ink pads is unbelievable. And also why I tend to primarily only use clear stamps. I hate how they don't restick for me like everyone's videos to. I chalk that up to an off camera trick maybe that I just don't know. But due to the reuseablity of your product I'm going to order a pack now.. your brand.. and see how it goes. Hopefully it works for me. If not, I move into embossing and I'm just gonna break down and buy that damned cricut I want.
You get a reverse effect...raised areas are depressed and depressed areas are raised. Light become dark, dark becomes light. It kind of gives your stamps more mileage by changing the result you get.
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS but surely it would be better to have spritzed with water again until u have no ink left on the foam. as to me u wasted that ink when u wet and wiped off.everyone i know who have done crafts over the yrs would never have just wiped it off

I didn’t see you say to leave to foam on the stamp until it is cool, because if it is too warm it can flatten a little, and you lose some definition.
I still have a foam block from years ago. I am going to see if that still works.
This is such a cool tool! Way to go, Simon!
What about getting distracted..! Ya know..if I need to walk away.... will the stamp change without adding heat?
No, it only changes when you hear it again. :)
Thank You Honey!!!

What I learned is that Gina K's premium dye ink WILL stain the foam.
This looks an awesome product. I can imagine it’ll be brilliant to do reverse image critters 👍🏼🇬🇧
I like this "hey friends" way better than "hey dudes and dudettes". :) I don't like to be called dudette.
I don’t understand why you would do this, why not just use the original stamp ?
You get a reverse effect...raised areas are depressed and depressed areas are raised.
Light become dark, dark becomes light.
