The Lawyer is damn afraid, his client has no chance he's loosing this case n is now trying to bully the Magistrate .

His behavior is distatefulfor an advocate. Already he is showing that his client is guilty and this case is too heavy for him to handle. He needs to humble himself and let God guide him.
I heard a lot about this boy where he used to live, there is a couple that will be called to testify because they were also victims of this boy.

If you know that one of your rights is to receive or be subjected to a fair trail, you will understand that it is like being a passenger in a taxi that is being driven recklessly. Will sit quite at the comforting promise from the driver that nor matter how he drives you will all arrive safe or will you raise an alarm against him on the spot that you don't like the way he is driving you? Now trial that is perceived to being run unfairly is bound to call for concern to the parties whose fate must be determined by the driver of that court.
Most of the time I dont think anyone understood what he was saying besides law people. Using so much jargon and big words for no reason just to seem smart...
I wish defense team in Senzo Meyiwa's case can the same with Ratha the arrogant judge

Well done advocate the judges are very derespectful but we have to accept that no are not god an all lawyers must stop to call them yes my lord use them name this can change situation. I don't know how u come to be judge without knowledge people matter is so many trial are really unfair trial look at yeasteday sibiya court yesterday sentence was very unfair trial.
Malema called out of his judges like this. They said Malema was being racist. He would have done the same if he was black as well. Now these Judges have continued not to be held liable all these years acting like gods. Respectfully exercise your duties without prejudice
