I like that flight case booth. I converted a camping table and extended the legs. The flight case booth looks quite sturdy. Thanks for all the info.

Great comparison.
I myself use a standard DJ façade but to strengthen it I use metal corner shelves and high strength magnets in between all four boards, plus a fold up table.

@@RealLifeDJ Yes I light it up with a little rotating light ball, looks ok but I think I'll switch to a light bar like yours soon.

Real Life DJ They suddenly sold out after so, you do wonder. The Event Table is the best, but needs a scrim or very tidy cable management.
👍 Great video, have been waiting for this comparison thanks! I use the Equinox booth (ADJ Pro Event Table II). It has a lot of room, is very sturdy and has the additional option of the display board on the front although I tend to use a scrim to help keep things tidy.

Yes its very sturdy and functional, very much my go to pub town centre gig booth. I have had this one about 4 years 😎🎧👍🏻

That flight case one is perfect for like you said bars usually most bars that I play at didnt give much thought to the dj booth, if they hqve one at all. I also always like to bting everything i need, i think its tacky and unprofessional to ask the venue for a table, and whats funny is that some DJs get pissy because the venue didn't provide them a table. You can't call yourself a professional and expect the venue to give you a table, we should be prepared. I liked the 2nd one, im not a fan of the event table, dont like the bare truss look, but i can see why many DJs love it. Lately I've been looking at the Pro X Mesa which has a TV mount.
nevermind on that pro x mesa, just now i saw in a local dj group somebody post pictures of the crap build quality and how the company will even respond to emails about something thats wrong with the unit. Poorly welded almost detached bent metal wow glad im dodging a bullet ill be sure to stay away from anythinv prox

I DJ on stage a lot and at festivals. Do you think the Flightcase Booth would be sturdy enough on stage or should I just get the Truss Booth. I really like how the Flighcase Booth is so easy to transport and so compact, but I do know that stages tend to rumble with all the music playing. What do you think? Thanks for the video :)
I think both would work as well as each other, just the flight case booth is a lot more portable but does not look as impressive 😎🎧👍🏻

My best tip would be try and target mid-week weddings as many cant do them and venues are always looking for reliable DJ's that can deliver mid week gigs. It would not take many mid-week gigs to make going full time viable. Where are you bassed? Best of luck 😎🎧👍🏻

What brand exactly is that flight case. I tried to find it and many styles of flight case booths came up!

one of the issues i find with the Truss style table is that , if i am on a small stage, and people get up to ask for songs, they tend to grab hold of it and use it as a bannister when getting back down sometimes almost pulling the table with them. its sturdy but not THAT sturdy

i do, but when a drunk person is falling backwards shouting wont do it, i have to actually grab them or grab hold of the table to prevent it from rocking, it is a drawback of the design, it looks grabbable, i wont use it in a club or bar now for that reason, unless its on the floor, or up at a safe distance from the edge of a stage @@RealLifeDJ

Which is the most sturdiest for scratching? My current 4x2 table wobbles when I scratch and it's annoying!
The truss one
Equinox has one More bit bigger booth which I have. It's great but take much longer to setup
I know they do the one with the frame work and scrim, is that the one you have and if so how log does it take to setup? 😎🎧👍🏻
Real Life DJ yes that's the one. It would take around 5 minutes. Not a big deal but to compare to 1 minute setup it's actually a big different

Looking for recommendations on a facade/booth for my husband! I like the Combi booth, but as someone who has used it, what is your honest opinion? Is it worth it? I feel like it looks more professional, but which do you find yourself using more, if any? And does it usually blend in with any event? TIA!
For weddings I tend to use the Truss Booth with a white scrim on it and for smaller parties I use the Combi Booth as. It’s lighter and quick to setup. You have a lot more usable space with the combi booth. I do Like and use both! I also have a video just on the combi booth that may help! Thanks 😎🎧👍🏻
