Hi , you do a great job. I d look a lot of reviews of this bag, but yours is one of the best ! You re the first man , who tells examples form real life , who says fitting problems by bigger men. You bring your experiences from MP Condor and the 5.11 rush 72 in this vid. The pro / cons too. Exactly this review i searched. One point : personally i find it good, when i can see a man from the side , when he fixed the bag on the back. Thxs for the review !!!!!
Yes. I really like your videos on the rush series. I do use the 12 as my hiking pack and it does the job for me. But it's your videos that helps make the decision. Thank you 👍.
Great review. It's nice to see a review from someone who 1) Knows what they're talking about and 2) Is 'my size'. Seeing reviews on skinny lil guys, or bean poles I always sort of wonder. It's sometimes hard to gauge size on them, and more over, hard to gauge how something will fit/wear on a bigger guy. You're my size, so your comments really help out another guy that's bigger than your average hipster.
Great vid buddy. You can move that sternum strap up or down as its mounted on c clips. Just unweave it from upper molle, move it down 1 or 2 rows to go across your actual sternum, and then weave it back into the molle. Keep up the great work.
Your one of my favorite review guys. Just a FYI, the sternum strap can be moved down....there is a split in the ring that connects it to the molle, may have been mentioned in the comments but wasn't going to read all of them. Keep up the great work : )
Thanks for your review. I have the all hazard prime bag from 5.11 and I love it. It's just too big for an edc and after watching your review, I bought the rush 12. The double tap color is on sale on amazon if you have amazon prime for 74 bucks. Cheers!
Great video. Bought one a week ago as an EDC/duty bag to replace my old school GI backpack and like it alot. More than enough room and compartments for my needs and comfortable to carry around.
+the tactical defender I have had one of these as my edc for about 6 months now and like you, I love it. it carries everything I need and still has room for extras.
It really is the perfect size for EDC, not too big not too small. I go back to the Mobius from Vanquest every once and a while but I find myself using this pack more often. Thank you for stopping by.
I lke this bag, there were three such backpacks in use, two of them are version 1. one for the city is black, the second in a multicam for combat. After the destruction of the backpack at the front in the defense of the Donetsk People's Republic, I took version 2. it does not have a mesh on the back, but when you are in a plate carrier, it is not so important. Great backpacks, thanks for the review
Its a quality bag with good construction. I had a few issues with it, though and ended up returning it. First, the straps are hard to adjust. Takes a lot of force to snug them up and there is no easy way to loosen them to remove the bag. There are clips that let you disconnect the straps but those are a bit awkward to use. Second, the straps are yoked together and not independent. You can't see it in the pictures but there is a u-shaped bit of fabric connecting the straps, so when I got it nice and high on my back, that bit of fabric pressed into my neck. And third, there are compression straps at the top, but not the bottom.
That yoke shoulder harness is one of the biggest reasons why I love these RUSH packs so much, better than any other shoulder harness I've ever used. That "U" shape doesn't come anywhere near the back of my neck, sounds like you where wearing it a little too high.
+TheTacticalDefender other then that. thanks for the review. I went and ordered this bag in multi cam. I learned that I can quickly attach my 5.11 moab bag right to the 12 hour rush. This will allow my to have an extra lite quick release bag with its own sholder strap. Anyway I love videos like this that will give me a good review of a product before I lose $100 or more on a bad buy. So thank you.
Yeah the RUSH bags are great bags, I use the 12 for my EDC pack and so far so good. I do like the fact that you can attach them to each other and make a larger pack like you mentioned. I can honestly say I much prefer 5.11 over Maxpedition now, at least for the backpacks/bags anyway.
That's cool but I wouldn't call it an EDC. You wouldn't carry it on you at all times. I'm sure to don't carry it into work. Most people would leave it in the truck. That would make it more of a get home bag. I would think that what you would have on you like a knife, small flash light, billfold & things like that would be more of an EDC. This is stuff you would have in your pockets if you was in the bathroom or even church. I not trying to say your wrong because there is no set in stone way that we all live. As I said before I don't want to discourage you from making videos because you know more about this than I do. Just giving my opinion. It was videos like this that even got me started on thinking so thanks for what you do.
The 10 is a fantastic bag, I EDC'd it for a while but ended up going back to the 12. After I review a pack, especially for an EDC bag/pack I find I always go back to the 12. It seems the fatter I get the less I like sling bags/packs. 🤣🤣🤣
Don't laugh - but after searching the myriad options for a Dad's diaper bag, including everything from hiking packs to Dadgear (and that ilk) to EMT-style compartmentalized rigs... I have now found it! Hilarious that you even said it at 16:15.I can even MOLLE on a water bottle pocket, a Leatherman, and an extra pouch if I need it.Great review, thanks for sharing.
This may seem like a funny question... but what was your diaper duty gear list? My girl is 1 week today, she's my first and I'm a neophyte. We've been out twice and each time I had different stuff. Would appreciate whatever advice you may offer. Thanks!
+icychap With my first born we had everything! Carried far too much crap. lol After my second child it was very little, just what was needed. A couple diapers, a plastic bag or 2 to store soiled diaper till we can get to a trash can. Small pack of wipes and very small tube of rash cream. Just keep it simple, it doesn't have to be a big ordeal. Another idea is to have a pack, bag or a box in the trunk with extra everything just in case, that way you're not carrying around lots of stuff but you'll have backups if you need them while you're out.
Thanks for the advice - makes sense. Funny how when you start out (with anything - hiking, camping, climbing, fatherhood, etc.), you always carry way too much until you learn what you need, and more importantly, what you don't.Thanks again, be well.
+Harshal Desai Have you looked into Vanquest? They make some really nice well made gear, they have some nice packs messenger bags. 5.11 and Vanquest are two great gear companies for bags and packs.
I really enjoy your video sir, the way your gesture show your love, your energy for this bag, I have one in black, your review is one main reason for me to get this bag. Thank you.
Tim great video as usual. They say the Maxpedition bags don't open all the way so you can hang it on a tree, open it, and your stuff won't fall out all over the place. To this I say if you had some zippered pockets in there you wouldn't have to worry about it. Plus it's up to the individual how far he's going to open the bag, he could leave the bottom cinch straps hooked if he's that worried about it. I'm the same size as you Tim plus another 25 or so and I don't think the 12 is for me, however the 72 may be in my future. Stay safe out there and I'll talk to you soon. Mike in South Jersey
Exactly. You'd think most would know to not unzip the bag all the way for that not to happen. I love Maxpedition bags/packs but I like the way 5.11 made the zipper on theirs.
Great Video Brother, Its on my list to get one of those, as a guy who's only 5''2'' its seems perfect for my build. love all the organisation & durability. Thankyou for the video upload.
I just bought one for hikes. I can't believe I tried to fit all my gear my winter jacket. It was such a pain as every second I was thinking things are falling out.
Ninja k Thank you! This is one of my older videos, if like to think I've gotten a little better since this review. I appreciate you taking the time to watch.
Thank you! Yeah, there's so many pockets and pouches. The 72 has even more! Great bags for sure. I EDC mine as well, it retired the Maxpedition Condor.
The more I use em the more I'm liking them. Was out hiking most of the day today and was using the RUSH72 and it was loaded out heavy, had no issues and it felt great all day. Video of the 72 will be out in a day or so. Thank you for stopping by.
This does look like an excellent pack and I am currently comparing it to the redesigned (2015) Camelbak Miltac HAWG which is used by the Navy SEALs. For people's information the HAWG is 1 kg with the same cargo capacity as the Rush and that weight includes a (empty) 3 liter hydration bladder and tube whereas the Rush 12's weight of 1.2 kg does not, a bladder and tube will make it heavier still and the capacity would be half that of the Camelbak at about 1.6L. Just keeping it real here. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge 5.11 fan and buy that brand a lot, most things about their quality and designs is superb, I just want to help make people aware of other options. The HAWG uses 500D ripstop Cordura which as far as I'm concerned is extremely durable, I have a Blackhawk Stingray hydration pack with this material and it's very tough but also a very light pack for it's size (32 liter). The Rush 12's 1050D may technically be tougher but in my opinion it's overkill and unnecessary. So far to be honest I'm definitely more impressed by the HAWG although I may still buy the Rush 12 as it still looks fantastic as a stand alone item - possibly both! Thanks for your reviews Tim, they're always good.
The camelbak pack you mentioned is very nice but I personally like 1000D and I like lots of PALS, the HAWG doesn't have any on the sides of the pack I carry a few items off the sides of my packs. I'm not too worried about the weight because I'm only 1 to 3 miles into the wilderness and I'm built like a mule anyway. Lol - thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment. Much appreciated. Be safe.
***** Hey Tim, well I ended up buying a Rush 12 on sale recently and I have to say, now I know exactly why you love it so much. It really is so well designed and comfortable to wear, I'm very happy with it and it's not actually a heavy bag after all considering the features it has. It was mostly your review that made me want to get one so thanks again!
Simon Vance Excellent. I alternate between the 12 and my Vanquest Mobius for a edc bag. I love when I have the 12 because I know I have plenty of room and pockets to store all my crap. Also, if you buy the 72 you can piggy back them and make one very large pack. Lots of good options for sure. Glad I was able to help. Enjoy!
Kiến Đình Khôi Pads? Do you mean the padded shoulder straps? Two padded shoulder straps would be better for hiking or carrying the weight over both shoulders instead of all the weight being on just one shoulder if you had a single strap bag or pack.
That's great! Glad I was able to help. The Boonie hat I'm wearing is from Propper, I think I bought a few from a local military surplus store. I do believe I have a video somewhere in my list about them.
I would like to ask if there is any rain cover attachment that can be used to this pack? Or is does not need one? Anyway, this video is very helpful. I have been looking for a backpack that I can use as my EDC, thankfully I saw your video.
Chain Wackx It does come with a rain cover but there lots of them available online should you want one. I have been in light rain and nothing got wet. If are in a downpour for a long time I'm sure some water will get in.
Thanks. I have the 72 one, but I 'd like the 12 for EDC. Just read a couple Amazon reviews saying it might fit a 17" laptop, but not in the designated area. Hmmmm...
The LAPG Atlas 12 is 2142 cu. in. and the RUSH12 is 1476 Cu. inches but side by side there really doesn't seem to be much difference. I've had the RUSH12 for several years now and it's holding up very well, I imagine the Atlas 12 doing the same. You can't go wrong with either one of them.
I have a few questions. I'm 5ft 3 110lbs, would it be too big? Would it fit a 15in laptop? And do you think I could use it as a camera bag if I have my own padding system? Thanks
How big does the bag get fully loaded? I got a flight and don't feel like messing about with bigger bags and what not. I will take a cabin back...They are somewhat strict I got to get a bag that will fit into 56x45x25 cm Which does give me options, preferably one I can use as EDC bag so I can carry my 6x 1.5l water bottles from the store. My old bag is kinda torn, not to mention quite crap.
Those are called PALS webbing, they are there to attach MOLLE capable pouches to the pack to expand the storage or carry options. Camera bag? yeah, I guess it could but I would look at the packs or sling bags from Vanquest if I was looking for a camera pack. Check out my most recent video, that would be a great camera pack.
I just bought one waiting for the delivery. By the way you were describing the size seems perfect for my stucture the pack I have now is too big and I carry basics with me. Love the review. Ty.
Question : after you know, that you can adjust the buckles on the shoulderstraps ...is it good for hiking in our "heavy-weight-class" I walk every day 30-60 Minutes to home from my job und i use a backpack for this. I have a cheaper version from an MP Falcon an a bigger version from Voodoo (Assault Pack /38 litres). But by both i cant pack fast a jacket in the big main case. The Backpacks boiled out and this nervs....
This isn't a very large pack, it's even a bit too small for just taking short walks. I personally use it for my edc pack because it will never hold all the gear I take with me on hikes. It's certainly much better quality and better made than the packs you mentioned but again it's not ideal for a walking/hiking pack for us heavy weight classes. lol
In the video I show two pockets at 10:20 into the video, they hold drinks or fluid containers upright, I use them all the time for a water bottle or a Monster drink.
Jansel Perez I personally feel it's a bit too small for that. It of course comes down to where you're bugging out to, how far you need to go and what are you taking with you. As far as the 5.11 RUSH line goes I wouldn't use anything less than the 24. For me the 72 would be perfect, or any other brand of packs but at least as big as the 72.
The one thing stopping me from buying this right now is the lack of a waist strap, I want a pack for running with weights so a waist strap is important to help with swaying. Can anyone recommend a strap that I can add to this pack or a pack that would be better suited?
+xgoatyxxx I recently got this pack and use the 5.11 1.5" tactical belt which fits into the belt anchor provided on the pack. This belt works well but is a bit above my waist and the pack weight starts to rest on shoulders once you load it over 40Ibs. but this might just be how I have the weight distributed (still learning the pack).
There isn't a sleeve, pocket or pouch on the sides of the pack or anywhere outside the pack but it does gave a compartment inside the pack for a water bladder and ports to hang the drinking nozzle out of.
Santa aka Snt Sorry my friend, the business closed several years ago. There's a link to my Amazon store in the video description box if you're interested in buying one.
I don't believe so. Not sure where but I do know it's not in the United States. There's info on their website about what they require from a factory in order to make 5.11 gear.
Absolutely. of course it depends on the size of your laptop. You could place the laptop in the water bladder compartment or even inside the main compartment.
* with a neopreen sleeve too. I recommend adding a sleep or some sort of padding to the laptop. While the back is padded, internal contents could damage the laptop.
Absolutely. If it's under 15" you can carry it in the hydration bladder pocket, if not then you can carry it inside the main compartment. Just making sure you use something for padding.
Does anyone know a similar but cheaper backpack? I can't afford to spend 100$ :/ I'll go on a trip next week and I'm looking for a 20-30L backpack like this one, to fit it in the plane and to hike. Thanks!
Check out some packs by Death Dealer Tactical and also Fox Tactical. Good bags/packs but much cheaper. Quality isn't as good as 5.11 and Maxpedition but still not bad for the price. Check out Fastpacks.com, he's got a couple inexpensive day packs, good quality. Tell him Tim sent you.
There's no comparison between a 5.11 pack and a SOG pack. SOG isn't too bad but it's no where near the quality of a 5.11 pack. Just my own personal experience.
Because Crye Precision charges very high licensing fees to use its pattern. This is why many companies have (thus far) chosen not to offer Multicam pattern products. This is also why there are two kinds of Multicam goods in the world today: Those that use genuine Crye materials and products that use "imitation" materials. Compared side by side, imitation textiles typically are either too bold (look almost painted) or are too faded in color vs. the genuine Crye articles.
Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment! Much appreciated.
Best backpack I've ever owned. Hands down. Very well made.
It's absolutely one of my favorites. I don't use it as much as it used to but it's a keeper. Used it for years as an EDC pack.
Yes. I really like your videos on the rush series. I do use the 12 as my hiking pack and it does the job for me. But it's your videos that helps make the decision. Thank you 👍.

This is by far the most in-depth review I've seen.. Thanks so much!

Thanks for your review. I have the all hazard prime bag from 5.11 and I love it. It's just too big for an edc and after watching your review, I bought the rush 12. The double tap color is on sale on amazon if you have amazon prime for 74 bucks. Cheers!
The 12 to this day is still my EDC pack. I do use and test others but I always seem to go back to the 12.
Great video. Bought one a week ago as an EDC/duty bag to replace my old school GI backpack and like it alot. More than enough room and compartments for my needs and comfortable to carry around.

I love it
If it gets old and damaged, I would buy another one

well, i get your meaning.
FYI the chest strap is adjustable. Move it down.
Yes I know. Thank you.

I find the Moab 10 is the perfect edc bag for me. Never leave the house without it.

Nice review thank you. I just ordered this pack from Amazon for $91.00
Wise choice my friend, it's a fantastic pack. Mine is used every single day. Thank you for stopping by.
+Harshal Desai I have heard of people using the hydration compartment for laptops because of its size and the fact that it's padded.
+Harshal Desai Have you looked into Vanquest? They make some really nice well made gear, they have some nice packs messenger bags. 5.11 and Vanquest are two great gear companies for bags and packs.

Hendro Subiyanto Thank you!
bought this right away after i saw your review, good video
Awesome! You're going to be happy you bought it. Great pack for sure.
u r so right man, also most too happy about this bag, therefore i bought second exact same one

The end of this video is the icing on the cake!
I have the 72 which is too big for Edc but perfect for a one week trip to Cozumel. Thinking about getting the 12 for EDC.
The 12 is perfect for EDC, it's what I use and I couldn't be happier.
Great Video Brother, Its on my list to get one of those, as a guy who's only 5''2'' its seems perfect for my build. love all the organisation & durability.
Thankyou for the video upload.
EffyJnr They are very nice packs. 5.11 really put a lot of thought when designing these.
I just bought one for hikes. I can't believe I tried to fit all my gear my winter jacket. It was such a pain as every second I was thinking things are falling out.
I agree. I can't take it hiking, I have too much. I use it as my EDC pack,
***** I usually don't have that much gear on me, just the important stuff. I think this bag will be great for that!
that's a damned good review. i thumbed-it-up! this bag's a front runner now for me. i thank you.
I can't recommend the 12 enough. It's one of my favorite packs.
Bro you do really good reviews. Very informative and detailed.
Ninja k Thank you! This is one of my older videos, if like to think I've gotten a little better since this review. I appreciate you taking the time to watch.
Great video Tim, would be great if you could do a video on the various pouches for the 5.11 bags!
You mean actual 5.11 pouches or the pouches I use? I'm currently using pouches from Vanquest to organize my gear inside the pack.
TheTacticalDefender the 5.11 pouches. I live in the UK and find that 5.11 pouches are a little bit easier to get a hold of here. Thanks appreciate it!
I love mine. I still don't think I've found ALL the places to put stuff in this thing. It's my EDC. Great review. Thanks.
Thank you! Yeah, there's so many pockets and pouches. The 72 has even more! Great bags for sure. I EDC mine as well, it retired the Maxpedition Condor.

Good review! I have this as a medical bag since watching this review.
+Ryan Carr Thank you for stopping by.
Good day,
Is this also sandstone like the your previous review?
Yes sir.
Thanks 👍
Nice review my brother! Just ordered mine
Yovanny Jimenez Awesome! Your gonna love it, I'm sure.
Great look at the bag. I have yet to play with any of those.
The more I use em the more I'm liking them. Was out hiking most of the day today and was using the RUSH72 and it was loaded out heavy, had no issues and it felt great all day. Video of the 72 will be out in a day or so. Thank you for stopping by.
Great video! Heading to Europe soon. Do you recommend this for day travel on vacation?
Yes. Not big enough to use in place of luggage but great to use after you've reached your destination and you're going out site seeing for the day.
TheTacticalDefender in your opinion, you think the rush 24 would be too large to lug around and wear especially in museums?
Great video will be thinking about getting one soon !!!!!
Rich Buccelli Go for it! You'll be very pleased I'm sure.
Another great review Tim!
Squared Away Surplus Thank you!
Tim, which parachord is that? I really love how it tucks in nicely in the molle.
I honestly don't know. Sorry.

Enjoy!
it's a really good bag!
Great review, but I have a question i'm 6'1 205lbs would this bag be a good size for me or will the Rush 24 be a better choice?
Ghostnoble RUSH24 definitely. The 12 would look rather small on you for sure.
Epic ending...great review! :)
Thank you!
How many times can you slap a bag?
Never enough slaps my friend. Never enough.
i like this backpack so much.
Kiến Đình Khôi Me too my friend. It's used every single day. Thank you for taking the time to watch.
can you indicate the use of two pads on top please. thanks alot my friend !
Kiến Đình Khôi Pads? Do you mean the padded shoulder straps? Two padded shoulder straps would be better for hiking or carrying the weight over both shoulders instead of all the weight being on just one shoulder if you had a single strap bag or pack.
yeah, thanks alot my friend . have a nice day and happy with your family
Great video, thanks!
Thank you for watching!
Phenomenal review! I was debating between this bag and a GoRuck GR1....you convinced me to go 5.11.
Also - where did you get your hat?
Thanks for the reply! Really appreciate it.
Great video! Please do you think it will fit a 17" laptop somewhere inside?
jkno I don't believe it would fit, you'd have to step up to the RUSH24 to fit a 17" laptop.
Thanks. I have the 72 one, but I 'd like the 12 for EDC. Just read a couple Amazon reviews saying it might fit a 17" laptop, but not in the designated area. Hmmmm...
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
Wish i could have one.....its very expensive over here in Malaysia...Malaysian $400 ++
Tim im sold but tell me how much smaller is the 511 rush 12 bag then the lapg bag? if any they appear to be quite similar..?? thanks
Tim thanks very much, ps i deleated the e mal u sent me to contact you with these stupid questions can u pls repost it thanks..again for all your help
Email me at: support@tacticaldefender.com
I have a few questions. I'm 5ft 3 110lbs, would it be too big? Would it fit a 15in laptop? And do you think I could use it as a camera bag if I have my own padding system? Thanks
sami r No. Yes. Absolutely. Lol
Thank you so much, love the reviews!
My old bag is kinda torn, not to mention quite crap.
cool looking pack!
what are the web platform for? also can you use this as a camera bag?
Those are called PALS webbing, they are there to attach MOLLE capable pouches to the pack to expand the storage or carry options. Camera bag? yeah, I guess it could but I would look at the packs or sling bags from Vanquest if I was looking for a camera pack. Check out my most recent video, that would be a great camera pack.
Thanks, but I already bought the Rush 12! but its ok, I think it will be ok for my camera etc.
The 12 will work just fine, it's in how you pack and position your camera inside the bag.
The sternum straps, aren't those adjustable?
Yes they are. Sorry for the oversight. I did find out that they can be removed and moved up or down. Thank you for stopping by.
I just bought one waiting for the delivery. By the way you were describing the size seems perfect for my stucture the pack I have now is too big and I carry basics with me. Love the review. Ty.
Thank you! Be well & stay safe.
Question : after you know, that you can adjust the buckles on the shoulderstraps ...is it good for hiking in our "heavy-weight-class"
I walk every day 30-60 Minutes to home from my job und i use a backpack for this.
It's certainly much better quality and better made than the packs you mentioned but again it's not ideal for a walking/hiking pack for us heavy weight classes. lol
You can get one of these on Amazon in multicam for 93$. Can't beat that price.
That's a nice price for such a well made pack, I use mine every single day. Thanks for stopping by.
Where do I put my two big water bottles (2 protein shakers) to keep it upright?
In the video I show two pockets at 10:20 into the video, they hold drinks or fluid containers upright, I use them all the time for a water bottle or a Monster drink.
TheTacticalDefender where would I put drinks in a rush 24
La manta ostias que se ha llevao la mochila. Thanks
I’ve seen guys use the ultra light philosophy and use this bag for 3 day hikes .
I'm sure it's possible. 👍
Yeah , I’m good with it as a “EDC” bag or just for travel
Either way quality is great
I am watching this review with this exact bag sitting next to me
Great pack for sure!
I agree, I use it for everything. Also great video, I just subscribed
+Liam Secore Thank you! Much appreciated.
I will be watching some of your other videos.
Would it double as a school bagpack?
Absolutely. Lots of possibilities for keeping organized with this pack. it's really well made and tough, it'll last a long time.
would this work as a bug out bag
Jansel Perez I personally feel it's a bit too small for that. It of course comes down to where you're bugging out to, how far you need to go and what are you taking with you. As far as the 5.11 RUSH line goes I wouldn't use anything less than the 24. For me the 72 would be perfect, or any other brand of packs but at least as big as the 72.
please excuse my ignorance what is a EDC pack?
No problem Steve. EDC stands for Every Day Carry. The knife, gun or bag I have every day with me would be considered EDC items. Be well & stay safe.
Is your rush 12 in the sandstone color?
Yes it is.
does the Rush 12 have a water bottle pocket?
There isn't a sleeve, pocket or pouch on the sides of the pack or anywhere outside the pack but it does gave a compartment inside the pack for a water bladder and ports to hang the drinking nozzle out of.
Is there space for a 15 inch notebook in the main compartment?
I honestly don't know, I don't use a notebook but according to the 5.11 website the main compartment is 18" x 11" x 6.5"
I did not find such a site tactical defence dot com. Is it online? How do you exactly write it's address down?
Santa aka Snt Sorry my friend, the business closed several years ago. There's a link to my Amazon store in the video description box if you're interested in buying one.
Great review- Is this made in China?
I don't believe so. Not sure where but I do know it's not in the United States. There's info on their website about what they require from a factory in order to make 5.11 gear.
nice review. can i use it as a laptop bag.
Absolutely. of course it depends on the size of your laptop. You could place the laptop in the water bladder compartment or even inside the main compartment.
I can fit a 13inch macbook pro retina, but no bigger :)
* with a neopreen sleeve too. I recommend adding a sleep or some sort of padding to the laptop. While the back is padded, internal contents could damage the laptop.
are you from Quahog?
Nope. Sorry.
Is that sandstone?
Yes it is.
+TheTacticalDefender cool, thanks.
Can I carry my laptop in it?
Absolutely. If it's under 15" you can carry it in the hydration bladder pocket, if not then you can carry it inside the main compartment. Just making sure you use something for padding.
Does anyone know a similar but cheaper backpack? I can't afford to spend 100$ :/
I'll go on a trip next week and I'm looking for a 20-30L backpack like this one, to fit it in the plane and to hike.
Tell him Tim sent you.
will a 17" laptop fit in it?
It will fit in the large main compartment but not in the bladder compartment where I know some people like to put it.
The sog ninja daypack is way cheaper and does the same thing this one can do
There's no comparison between a 5.11 pack and a SOG pack. SOG isn't too bad but it's no where near the quality of a 5.11 pack. Just my own personal experience.
Da zippas !
Right. The Ork-Version of Heavy Duty Zippers xD
***** Why is the Multicam version more expensive?
Because Crye Precision charges very high licensing fees to use its pattern. This is why many companies have (thus far) chosen not to offer Multicam pattern products. This is also why there are two kinds of Multicam goods in the world today: Those that use genuine Crye materials and products that use "imitation" materials. Compared side by side, imitation textiles typically are either too bold (look almost painted) or are too faded in color vs. the genuine Crye articles.
Dude where the fuck do you put your concealed carry!?
Why?
lol, 5 11 wearing 5 11 bags.
Stop doing reviews
Steven Bentley No thanks.
