Some useful info there. One should observe the Old air filter was Not latched into the housing. The new one was Latched first into the upper housing/Cover.
Did you notice the old Fuel filter was wrong? It didnt have the barbed ends to stop the pipes working off. The new one did. I believe the 1.2tdi and the 2.0 (ibiza/A1) have the shite quick release connectors, for some reason the 1.6 doesnt.
Thank you for the video! I have followed the procedure but engine won’t start. Have been cranking 10 times, spraying easy start which made it ignite for a second but no more. I guess it has to do with the fuel filter replacement. What would you recommend? VW Polo 2011 1.6 TDI.
I’m sure there will be a way to fit a sat nav setup but haven’t done so myself , I’d avoid fitting HID headlamps don’t think any polos had them as standard so officially it you do it via any cheap kit it will fail MOT
Do a couple more of these quality services, and the customer will come back to you for a new high pressure fuel pump. Jesus h christ, you can actually hear the lobe being shaved off. Prime the sistem fuel system first.

There not usually too bad but you may need to bleed the filter , are the pipes on the correct way?
Thanks mate! Purchased a primer pump and primed a little fuel into the filter and now engine start.

Don’t you need to dip the diesel filter before putting it in place and starting the engine? Won’t the engine suck air?
U can fill the filter or prime the system but you really don't need to , just a few cranks and it'll be good to go mate 👌👍
What's a Torque Wrench do.. No need to bother with one of them
😂👌👍
Easiest car to service
👍

U didn't even prime the fuel filter
And don't bother with a torque wrench, or replacing the sump washer.
what tork do you like using?
Thanks for the comments
How do you prime the fuel filter??
