    커스타드도 계란 노른자를 이용해 직접 만드는게 아니고 커스타드 믹스를 사용하고.(영상엔 슈크림 직접 만든다고 말함...) 팥도 기성품 사서 설탕조금 넣어서 섞어주는데 수제라구요? 수제라는 타이틀은 빼야 할듯...그래도 노력은 열심히 하시네요...대박 나세요

    어린 나이에 열심히 사는 모습 응원합니다.
    아이디어도 좋고, 청결하고,
    어느댁 자제분이신지 부모님 부럽습니다.
    그런데, 전부 기성품으로 쓰시던데, 수제란 단어는 빼는 것이 논란이 안 될 것 같네요.
    진짜 팥 수제로 쓰시는 분들이 보시면 기함할 듯..기성품 팥에 설탕 조금 추가해서 끓여서 쓰는 것을 수제라는 단어를 쓰는 것은..ㅜㅜ
    직접 팥을 쑤시는 분들의 노고를 알기에 드리는 말씀입니다.

    8:17 이 말씀이 문제가 되는듯
    정성을 쏟아서 만드시는 건 맞지만 슈크림 가루 풀어서 물에 섞는건 수제라고 하기엔 무리가 있네요

    100% 수제는 아님.
    1. 반죽- 직접 밀가루에 각종가루를 혼합하여 제조한게 아니고 기존 붕어빵믹스에 찹쌀가루만 넣었음. 50%수제 인정.
    2. 팥앙금 - 공장앙금. 시중 노점에 제공되는 제일 많이 쓰이는 체인점 앙금임.
    3. 슈크림- 슈크림믹스가루에 물만 풀어서 했으니 수제 50%
    진짜 수제로 다하시는 분은 "붕어의 신" 이분 뿐임. 수도없이 많은 붕어빵 영상을 봤지만 이분이 제일 붕어빵에 진심임. 팥도 직접 삶아서 앙금 만드심.

    붕어빵이 기계나 속재료 같은 것들 포함해서 초기 비용이 상당히 적게 들어가고
    어느 정도 팔리면 수익도 좋아서 요즘 젊은 분들도 많이 하시는 거 같음
    가게 자체가 크지 않아도 되니까 요즘은 노상 말고 작은 가게 얻어서 부담없이 시작할 수 있으니까
    접근성도 좋은 거 같음 붕어빵 맛이야 뭐 이미 검증이 된 거고
    스스로 붕세권을 만들어 나가는 분들이 많아졌네요

    원래 이집 바로 앞에 적게는 10년넘게 붕어빵 하시는분 계신데 장사하시는데 괜찮으시려나 엊그제도 팥2개에 천원 붕어빵 사먹었는데

    만드는 과정보니 슈크림은 직접 만든다고 말하면 안될 것 같네요ㅎㅎ 믹스에 물넣고 섞기만 한건데ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 다른 곳보다는 신경 많이 쓰시는 것 같아요. 앙금도 공장제품 그대로 안 쓰고 한번 더 가열해서 좀 더 걸죽(?)하게 만드시는 듯. 한번 먹어 보고 싶네요ㅎㅎ

      저거 플라스틱 아니구 실리콘 주걱이에요ㅎ 저도 볶음요리할땐 저거써요 스텐은 코팅벗겨지고 긁히고 나무도 좀 긁히고 하는데 실리콘은 환경호르몬 안나오고 긁히지도 않고 괜찮아요

    여기 우리집 앞인데 식었을때 눅눅한건 당연하지만 보통의 붕어빵보다 심하게 눅눅해져서 먹을 수가 없었음 ㅠ 그리고 기계가 굽는데 시간도 ㅓ있는데 혼자해서 그런지 되게정신없어보이셨고 요새 추운날씨땜에 되게 오래기다린 느낌이라 한번 먹고 안먹었는데 영상보니 다시한번 가봐야겠네염

    망원시장에서 개당 2500원하는 거랑 같은 기계 쓰는거 보니..같은사이즈인데 훨씬 저렴하넹ㅅ
    속재료를 짤주머니에ㅡ넣어서 짜면 더 편리할듯
