The Bear is one of the best TV shows being made. I have said this before, and I am repeating it now: Season 1 is very good. Season 2 is GREAT, like BEST TV SHOW THIS YEAR GREAT.
CDC is "Chef De Cuisine" it's fine dining restaurant lingo for head chef in a kitchen.

Lol yeah we messed that up. Honestly the pacing of this show is wild. It took us a few episodes to acclimate. But yeah overlooked that in this one. Thanks for pointing it out :)
