- Roxas Boulevard Promenade Project
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) on Wednesday signed an agreement to build the Roxas Boulevard Promenade, which will stretch from EDSA Extension to Libertad Extension.
The government is set to spend P70 million to construct an 800-meter linear park along Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City, a move which officials say is crucial to have a greener, more vibrant and interconnected metropolis.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Philippine Reclamation Authority, and Federal Land hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the Roxas Boulevard Promenade in Pasay City on September 13, 2023. The 800-meter Promenade, an offshoot of the MMDA's Adopt-A-Park project, which aims to build a public open space all throughout Metro Manila, will feature a pet park, futsal court, and wellness area.
The Roxas Boulevard Promenade will have bike and jogging paths, a pet park and a football pitch.
The Roxas Boulevard Promenade’s construction is expected to be completed in time for Christmas.
While the construction fund will be sourced from the MMDA’s budget, its upkeep and maintenance will have to be shared with the local government of Pasay.
The rehabilitation project of Rizal Park in Manila an ongoing project and is expected to be completed within the year.Major redevelopment is ongoing at luneta park to revitalize and modernize the decades old central park in Manila Philippines.
New roads have built connecting both sides of the park.New Lampost were installe along the new roads that are wider than the old ones.

Kung may political will lang ang Administrasyon ngayon sana napondohan na ang mga train projects at extension. mas maganda ilagay sa infrastructures ang ibang allocations kaysa intelligence funds.
