I agree this is a great remote for its price. I just installed one on my kid's rustler with a mild brushless kit. It works great and has plenty of range. I am impressed

thank you for showing how to bind the radio with the reciever!!! i ve got 1 radio and 2 recievers. first binding works fine, it works without the binding plug. but 3week later the second rx... i couldt get it done.... but thanks to you, it works!

I mounted a new esc, a small red 30amp chinese. but I still have to give 2x signal to drive backwards. the previous esc had that too ... do you know if that's in the receiver?

So how do you calibrate and set endpoints? Maybe mine is defective. I can't calibrate shi+. That and it only steers conventional on reverse steer.

It's already binded. Binding only needed if you change new receiver or transmitter
The steering bump stops (stop points) are so weak on this transmitter. I have to figure out how to remove the wheel in order to see if I can run in a couple of screws into the housing to correct this. Sigh

Hello, my rc with this transmitter has stop working in neutral position, is working just in reverse(i mean the transmitter button from the top) can be a problem from esc or transmitter? Thank you.
Yes. It is possible. Have you checked the trim to make sure it's not just slightly off? Keep me posted. I will help track it down
What happens when the blue light doesn't flash bud?
Is there a way to adjust the third channel? I want to drive a two speed transmission servo and need to set the end points. My Tactic controllers have two buttons for this and you adjust the servo position for each location.
Negative. It is just a button. Will do on and off toggles

Yes it can. That is exactly what I use mine for.

How does it performing after using it for a while?
I love it. The receivers are cheap. For boats or bashing or drag racing, crawling, it's fine. The dual rates are awesome I wish it had better throttle rates.

About range?
i followed the procedures and tried it on my traxxas xl5 esc but the esc was just blinking and only my servo was only able to move helppppp...
JxJ R/C car adventures Jeremy you will need to calibrate the ESC with the transmitter. You can Google "xl5 calibration" and it will show you how.

Hey could somebody tell me how to make my channel 3 be a power on/off button?, cause right now i have a lightbar connected and it only stays on
you need to buy a controller power switch

I've tried to power-up the receiver with four AAA batteries using the first two plugs at the top of the receiver (next to + and - label). All I can get is a short blue blink of the receiver, then, nothing... doesn't work. The batteries are good. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong ? I would like to control a servo with this, but can't get the receiver to work... :'(

@@Crashtestmovies El receptor nunca me funciono, al parecer es la antena que esta mal conectada, segun el multimetro la tierra y el cobre de la antena estan conectados, porque me marca el multimetro que hay conexion y segun yo no deberia pasar eso. Vino mal de fabrica, tratare de arreglarlo :c

What esc model are you using?
It looks like the 45a Dynamite that came with the 12 scale ECX Barrage.
Mine will only go like 15 feet and my car locks up and turns around. . I had bought several different receivers thinking that may be the problem but they all do the same thing can anyone help?
Rich R sounds like your damaging or mistreating the antenna. I get stellar range from mine and have had zero issues. Are you bending the antenna at all?
I don't know what's wrong but there are no brakes, it just goes straight to reverse when I push the trigger...
That will be in your esc settings. Look there and get back with me. I'll help

Possible esc burn out. Test controller with another car or test the esc with a new setup. Also make sure the switches are in the correct position as it may disable reverse on some setups
Hi sir. What happens if u accidentally switch the wire slots of the esc? Like the black wire is on the left side.. would it burn the esc on binding?

My esc just burnt.. but i dont know if it burns the receiver too?
Yes . It is a 3 in one system. The main esc and rx are the same part

All the wltoys rx and ESC are compatible I believe and also fairly inexpensive. It's a good experience also

Yes and yes. You can bind more than one receiver to the transmitter. You can also use them but it never works like you want.

Does this have a fail safe if you become out of range?
I am not 100% buy I think the vehicle will slow to a stop if out of range. This TX will zero throttle on failsafe. I have actually never been out of range. It has a really good range.

Can i use 320a esc with this receiver?
Sure the 320amps will be going to the motor. The power going to the rx should be regulated at 5v.
I can run few car's with just 1 Remote?
Rc_ KiNg I run all my cars on one remote. If if your cars have different settings and you need model memory they have a nicer remote that stores models. Little over $100 called the FS-it4

Rc_ KiNg these are stats from the manufacturer. I personally cannot see an rc car 200 meters away to drive it so I couldn't tell you about my personal experience. Works great on a track and bashing in an open lot. For a $30 remote, how much you wanting to get?

is the receiver waterproof??
Even if they claim it to be waterproof, I would NEVER test that. If you plan to go into water, take the necessary precautions to waterproof your electonics. Never assume anything is waterproof, especially electronics.
@@FunFactorRC i'm use an adventure RC. We need every electronics part to be waterproof. If this product is waterproof, i don't need coat the receiver anymore.
Your own risk. I would never trust anyone's claim of waterproof. I Always protect myself just in case.

the esc is brand new.
Make sure you have reverse enabled on the esc. Some esc are made for racing and will have reverse disabled as you are not allowed to use it on a race track for the safety of the marshals.

@@donaldhenke2750 well if that ended up being the case then at least its not broke and you were able to find someone responsive. Glad I could help. But just so you know, I do have esc that just the reverse has gone out in without any fix. So it is possible. Glad it worked out.
Can the 3rd channel be used to power headlights on a rc car for instance? If so what button corresponds to it?
booobies11111 the button accessible by your thumb. And it will power lights but I do not think it will turn them on and off unless you have a module
Fun Factor RC ah I think that may be the bind/ mode button. I just received the remote and am new to the rc world. So it won't power it off or on via button but if I plug the lights into the 3rd channel/ bind port they should be on until the battery gets disconnected? How would I make the button work to power the 3rd channel off/on? If it's too involved to explain on here I understand
booobies11111 no sir, the bind button is on top and labeled. The 3rd channel or AUX button is accessible by your thumb and is labeled AUX. I show it in the video.
