Oh darn...I made a Moana cake for my granddaughters 5th birthday for the 8th of this month and did a beach scene only I used buttercream to make the frothy sea...it came out lovely but this technique looks more natural and prettier. I think I might invest in a air sprayer 😀. I eagerly await the palm tree tutorial. 😘

Can you please explain how and why you use vinegar in your royal icing? Fantastic tutorials. I have watched every one of your tutorials more than once.
Vinegar stabilize the eggwhite. You need 1Ts for 100g Eggwhite 600g icing sugar

Hi, Could you tell me the best way to airbrush without the over spray going every where? I can not afford a airbrush booth and I don't know how to make one.
the quickest solution is using a large box 60x60 50 height. close the box completely and open from side way . place the cake inside while you spraying
