I'm a Roman Catholic but BAD RELIGION is one of my favorite hardcore bands ever!!!
Bro it doesnt matter believe me 😊
I am Orthodox Christian and i love Bad Religion too 🍻
I'm a follower of Jesus Christ. I'm not preaching to anyone, but _religion is indeed bad._ Lifeless rules, going to church, being good, doing right, gaining God's favor by what I do. That's religion. _Jesus' strongest words were against religion!_ He taught relationship, love, salvation. Bad Religion, _religion is bad,_ should be foundational truth to anyone who claims belief in Jesus Christ.
Amazing how they manage to constantly change their clothes while playing.
Seriously, yeah, that was when they were at their best.
Dave Haro it looks like it was filmed at different shows?
God dammit i love this band
Jaclyn Locascio If there's one argument that creationists could use on me that might work it's that this band exists! (I'm exaggerating but you get the point. : )
+Jaclyn Locascio You and me both. I was 7 and the two first albums I ever heard in music were Stranger Than Fiction and The Gray Race. I never looked back. :)
+Jaclyn Locascio Yo tambien!
Best line-up of Bad Religion
I can recall myself into that crowd, but in dreams, in front of an old tv back in 1993 in a lost town in Mexico. How Bad Religion changed my way of thinknig was one of the best things that ever happened to me. I have a beer in my hand... Cheers!
47:20 holy shit Greg jumped into the crowd. Never thought I'd see it. And then stormed the drum kit.
The vocals will stay in my head the rest of my life and "You" was still one of my favs
Holy shit, Hetson has hair.
That was when I knew I was old, when I first saw him bald.
Best hour spent in a long time.
05:07 when you smile like that to your mate while playing, you know you are in the right band
I really like the guitar tone, especially the lead tone. Really fuzzy, warm and analogue.
thats the best version of Do What You Want played live by these guys... so fuckin powerful and oldschoolish!
wow. great era that is not well documented of this band! Thanks for sharing.
we need more people like bobby on this world
Bobby is a legendary drummer!
its an awesome drummer dude! the best bad religion have ever had! imo
Absolutely agreed, dude!
48:39 “I had a friend who kept a candle in his pocket, he used to fuck it when the wing was blowing high!”
Those were the days... Green Day, special guest SNFU(which we pretty much missed).
Docks /Hamburg /Germany 01.07.1993...
I love this beginning when Greg sings the Mr Roger's them sog.😂🙈🙉🙊
22:50 - "I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA ASK ME ABOUT NINTENDO..."
"things are gonna get a lot worse before they got better"
2020 is agreeing
I have this on VHS but afraid to play it, cause my vcr keeps eating tapes, Thanks for this.
jesus I miss Bobby
We all do :(
Great stuff!!! A friend of mine had this on vhs, haven`t seen this for 20 years! Th anx for uploading!
This live version of Modern Man....holy shit. Bad Religion could fucking shred in this era
When I hear anesthesia I get chills every time... Against the grain is their best album I think
Thank yoiu for posting!! 🙌
From a fan/guitar nerd observation, it looks like they didn't rock les paul guitars until Brian Baker came on. Apparently Brett favored strat shapes, and Hetson obviously was SG from beginning to end. On the other hand, these days are sans Het/Brett. All I'm saying is I want one of Brian Baker's guitars, because they're each worth more than a new car haha
If you see BR's tv appearences for Stranger than Fiction Brett was using Les Pauls(Brett used charvel superstrats if I'm correct). I have never seen Greg use anything but his SG.It seems when Brian joined he would bring 3 Les pauls and Hetson would only bring a SG.
Best band ever
I won't these guys in the Rock an Roll Hall of Fame. 💯🤘
Best days of Bad Religion.
Siempre me han Gustado!!!!! Lo muy muy!!! Y lo más más!!!!! Y lo tope de lo tope muñekitos!!!!💪💪💪
So good to listen to all this old stuff, without the songs from newer albums...
the greatest band of all times at their very peak.
***** I´m sorry to inform you, but they obviously had their peak in the 90s.
Psych0nautilus I am sorry to inform you that you are wrong .
badreligion1231 grow up dude...
guys, of course they're still a great combo. but these recordings from the german tour in 1991 just make me shiver. intense & direct & what a band sound. incredible stuff! best ever.
i also think their peak was the No Control album (pure and had punk rock music with flawless lirycs)
Neil Young riff at the start...even Punk loves Neil.
I always love the angry look on greg’s face when he sings
Greg G's jump at the start of No Control 14:40
XD
the best greg hetson and mr brett duo guitar
7:08 hahaha, that's some precision pogo strike right there! like some expert level billard shit. brett took aim and that guy basically exploded, flying straight back into the crowd, never saw it coming. R.I.P.
45:17 nothing has changed since 1992. what a frightening thought.
They were already addressing growing inequality back then..
What are we all going to do when these amazing 90s bands all retire in a few years? What will take their place?!
I wanna start a band and try to keep punk alive. And not the pop punk of today, but kore like the music they played back when this was recorded
demolazer Technically 80' band....or 90's...or 2000's.
+LarsMartinJ make that happen 💚🎶🎸🎤
demolazer I think a music genre like this one can't really die. Punk to me seems like one of those things that maybe should die every now and again, so that it can be revived. Jello Biafra also said so in an interview. Someone else will take their place eventually. I mean, EDM is bound to become less popular at some point. Punk might not make the same impact as it did in 1993 and 1994, but I have a good feeling it could rise again. I myself draw inspiration from this kind of music. And look at the world now: the global warming hoax is getting exposed, mental health in young people is a risin problem, we're in the middle of a new cold war, the world is becoming over populated, now we have SJWs to sing about, there are still lousy politicians. It almost seems to me as if punk is becoming more conservative as the liberals are now the villains it seems. So, in short, I strongly believe there will always be punk.
I've always wanted to start a Bad Religion Tribute band
Bob o melhor batera do Bad Religion.
+Patrick Flicts En ese momento lo era!
Amazing sound quality, doesn't sound like an old vhs.
2020. New year with iconic live for me
I remember throwing the VHS away because the cutting between the shows sucked ass in hell and it still does. Great time to see BR live, though. Saw them at Go Bang, Loreley in 1992.
best formation.......................
+Greg Orio agreed!
Greg Graffins's t-shirt is inside out.
They sure don't make music like this anymore..
God I miss when shows were full audience participation
striped socks. i had those. this is a great timeless band. money? no music yes
BR are Far better than most of the Crap that's served up for your Consumption these days.. Their 32 years into it and just as Relelvant if not more so than in 82. Sooooo ...It's Just a Punk Rock Song : )
34. The Bad Religion EP was released 1980.
thats two more years of bad religion goodness
Energia ramonera e letras kennedyanas... BR13 em seu auge!
EL MEJOR PUNK ROCK :D
Great upload!
Hey me!, it’s me again!..you rock brother 🤘🏼🤪🤞🏻
Rip Bob Saget
the best intro to a video ever aha
This was back when Graffin was a fast yeller.😂
is that bob saget or graffin in the opening scene?
It's very rare to see Bobby in interviews, but he seems like a really cool down-to-earth guy.
Best frontman ever
The fact that this is taken from multiple performances and not just one show really bothers me lol.
Greg Graffin had a fanny pack!!!
7:09 Brett tackles a stage diver, wtf?
+Moltas Bengtsson Graffin pushes people off stage, too. You've never seen them live?
It's fucking punk, remove the stick from your arse.
Danzig would punch people in the face back in the day at that point you just get up and go home to tell your friends
In the last interview, where Greg projects about the extinction of humans and it’s insignificance to happiness, I believe that is what the song Avalon is about. That’s all 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Anyone got the full track listing with time? The description only lists about half
Awesome! Wish I could have been there
How many t-shirts did hear wear during the first song?
My favorite BR era!
BR at their prime!
Damn, what a set!
I just don't get why it's lip sync it should have just left it raw everything
Awesome sound !
Where i can download this?
blue moon Oberhausen mein erstes Konzert mit 15
awesome!
I love !!xxxoo
thought smb3 came out 1993 ^^ maybe that was only here
ORO PURO
I don't think it was possible to win en agreement with Greg Graffin. 😂
I really can't stand the multi-show cutting. I mean, the audio is obviously from one show. Let's just see that one!
Maybe it was one show with good audio quality and the videos were all hit and miss. The cut and paste is pretty good for it's time and the quality is much better than AC/DC's the Razors Edge live (which doesn't make sense considering they probably had more production money than BR)
awesome
22:46 Greg Hetson 😂
Os caras são foda
Mr. Brett Religion lol
Brett kisses Jay at 13:05!!!!!! :)
5:00
Graffin and his Fanny pack
