It would have mitigated his early loss in the game (Blunder 2) Other than that, Sully cleaned up nicely for his mating sequence, good work there! I’m not massive into board games, stumbled onto your channel by pure accident. Have watched a few of your videos, but by far house rules videos are my favourite I absolutely love them. The dynamic between Adam and Sully is amazing and it just makes you smile. Please keep the house rules content coming.
I know just enough about chess to yell at Adam whenever he blunders. The game was lost at 33:05 where, instead moving the horse on D4 to capture the horse on B5, Adam moved his King to a position where it could be Checked *while* letting Sully get a horse in the process. (The march into horse jail at the end didn't help either). Over all though, wonderful content; something about House Rules brings out the best in these two, I feel. I mean, Sully's normally a barrel of laughs anyway, but something about this series drives him insane. Can't wait to see what's up next! You guys always seem to surprise me.

I have a fun (horrible) house rules idea. Mastermind, but instead of pegs its those beanboozled horrible flavour jelly beans. Each turn you let the guesser know which colours and positions were right, but here's the kicker, they have to eat that whole row, meaning they have to remember which combinations they've previously done while also having to eat something potentially unpleasant. And when they guess correctly, the other player has to eat the beans they put out.
I don't think there's any content out there that makes me laugh as hysterically as these two guys, and I follow a lot of people, lol. This is definitely the highlight of every month.
At the point where sulivan said that moving the knight on H6 to G4 was the best move I think that instead Adams best move was to move the threatened piece to F5 (G7 would be my choice) This avoids the peice that was threatening it and Sulivan only has 2 peices he can use to recapture whilst adam has 4 In sequence White: G3 would then have to take F5 Black: E7 recaptures F5 White: E3 recaptures F5 Black: D6 recaptures F5 This trades the same number of peidces for each side, but leaves adam with a knight inside sulivans gaurd where it can act as a support for more aggreive plays

There used to be a popular thing at anime cons called Cosplay Chess where a bunch of cosplayers were chess pieces controlled by two players. ...I don't remember if there was any twist beyond that.
Now you need to take this even further and play bug horse chess. Two chess boards, back-to-back with four players. Any horse that one team defeats can be put back into play by the other player on that same team.
I had an idea for a house rules that I'm sure you'll be thrilled to hear about! Snakes and Ladders but every time you get a snake you do a shot, and every time you get a ladder... the other player does a shot :) Wouldn't go for vodka or you might perish so maybe something like Sourz? Could be called Snakes and Sourz? (not spon) or... Snakes and Bladders? Bladdered? Idk.. name is a work in progress 😅

I still think the Candyland was dumber, they took a thing that was more a raffle than a game, and turn it into an ESP experiment

I've been in a bit of a depression lately, so this was exactly the silliness I needed.
House rule suggestions:
Monopoly, but with only the “boardwalk” edge of the game board (and jail)
Apples to Apples (Teri is always judge) but instead of red cards you have to use random objects you find around Draughts cafe.
but in all seriousness, this was a freaking blast! all the horse puns! Teri being her usual snarky self! Sully actually WINNING?! what more could I ask for??? one of my favorite episodes of House Rules so far, and I'm not even a big fan of chess. great job on the editing! ❤
