My favorite moment in each house rule video is when sully and adam realise that they are not enemies, but allies against whatever they are punishing themselves with this time

This will be, without a doubt, the second-kinkiest episode of House Rules to date. Twister's still the top, but we'll see how 2023 goes.
Honestly, with each of these episodes, it becomes harder for me to believe Adam and Sullivan haven't kissed at one point.

I really like how this series has turned from a nice, pleasant experiment to play classic board games differently to a sadist torture chamber where the goal is just to survive another day...

I remember when Teri was just a name of an unseen producer. Then the tacs incident happened and gradually she has become an unseen nemesis to our two lads.

House Rules Idea: Yahtzee with your opponent choosing which dice you reroll turning it into a game of who can screw who more. There gentlemen, have a low stakes, no pain or suffering episode. You've earned it.

I love how this series went from this nice little idea to remix classic board games, to ending up being Teri’s supervillain origin story. Thumbtacks, liquor, electroshock, oh my!
Man, I love Adam's sense of fairness. How he gives Sully the horse after cheating in desperation, and knocks the wrench back down, passing up an easy chance to end it without getting shocked.

Okay, but when I compared Terry to the Jigsaw Killer back in the Connect 4 episode, I didn't realize she'd take it as a challenge.
This series is just Terry giving them the ultimate quest for a shorter life.
I love the escalation of these episodes. I can't wait for "Russian Roulette with Live Rounds"
Here is one for warmer weather: Don't Break The Ice (with progressively MORE ICE).
Play goes as normal, but every block knocked out adds an ice cube down the shirt. 5 rounds. If you lose a round you get a little ice water splash. You lose the whole game, you get a big bucket of ice water dunked on you.

It’s actually safer to have Terri do it, since they could get the tweezers stuck and be continuously shocked or something. Remarkably, the megalomaniac was the best choice
also they use the same tweezers qnd the board doesnt distinguish between the players, it just says 'someones hit the edges, naughty'

SUGGESTION: "Mouse Trap, But WE get TRAPPED TOO | House Rules"
aka. Mouse Trap, but every time your mouse gets trapped you clip a hair claw clip (or equivalent) on yourself (eg. nose, ear, etc.), and if a clip falls off you give a slice of cheese to your opponent
Mouse Trap with actual mousetraps is always a possibility.

Started this video knowing nothing of Teri. Now I know that she's a very nice lady, so very kind and lovely.
I imagine Laurie is watching this as it happens and thinks: “Man, I wish I had my hands on the electronic trigger.”
Laurie would conveniently manage to "accidentally" turn both shockers on (Adam's on a higher setting) , then remember he forgot something at home and just leave them
Absolutely love this serious, it never fails to make me laugh. Watching how quickly these guys go from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows is always a highlight.

A suggestion for the next House Rules: Play the game Sorry, except when landing on the other's pawn they can only bump it back to the start if their apology is eloquent and sincere enough to be accepted.
Yes! But their apologies should be sincere and elaborate and they should be apologising for actual times they’ve screwed each other over in previous games, like when Adam betrayed Sully during Sully’s first turn in Moonrakers or when Sully let Laurie pay him not to deal with Adam in Chinatown. Might be easier for Adam to win since he probably has a bit more to apologise for 😂

End of the game: "I don't know if I'm going to be able to get this out, but lets see if we can at least reposition it so one of us can."
They went from adversaries delighting in each other's pain, to brothers unified against a common foe about a half hour. And that's good time for an enemies-to-friends arc.
This was actually how I remembered the game being played growing up. I thought when you touched the sides the grabbers shocked you like how those fake gum toys did. I was sorely disappointed when I found out it just beeped at you. Definitely a top pick of mine for House Rules
If y'all are taking suggestions, I was thinking about chutes and ladders, but they both just make you fall, and you have to take a shot each time you fall.
EDIT: They did it. The crazy sum bitches did it, and it was just as beautiful as I hoped for.

Hilarious HOUSE RULES twist. Though I think you may have missed a bit opportunity: in light of some past "twists" on observing rules by Adam (stealing Sully's Connect 4 tokens, and so on), I would have loved for Teri to conspire with Sully and fake his later shocks while still zapping Adam. This might have also given SOME chance for Sully to finally win a game on HR. Also, I think House Rules is revealing a new side of Teri: her "look into my eyes" order was very provocative, and I'm here for it! :D

Here's my recommendation for House Rules: It's Monopoly, but instead of getting money as you go around the board, you divide out all of the properties to both of you, and every time you land on a place, you have to sell off property to pay the balance. If you'd like, you can keep the remainder as a "buffer" for another loss, but the first person to bankrupt loses. Bonus challenge: You don't give out Railroads or Utility, they are ALWAYS bad for either of you and you don't earn money from Chance, Community Chest or by passing Go!
Now time to go toss myself into the sea. I'll have a bit to travel to go do that, but rules are rules.

I'm only 10 minutes in and I'm already loving Teri having this much power.
I was expecting Terri to give them both another shock right at the end for the fun of it,
I know House Rules is typically a two-player show, but I thought of an idea for Clue(do)! The cards are picked for the solution and the rest are dealt out to however many players. However, instead of rolling and moving around on the board, you can only make guesses if you hit the cards you want on a dartboard. There's a board for suspects, a board for weapons, and a board for locations, and you have to hit the ones you want to form your guess. So if you keep hitting the same spot over and over again, your opponent(s) can keep showing you the same card over and over until you finally hit the ones you want. Or if you want to be a bit more traditional, you can just use the board itself as a dartboard, and wherever your dart lands that's where you move to.
This is just gold. I love the beginning there is so much laughing when the other gets shocked. Then end game, they are rooting for each other and feeling genuinely upset for the other. There some psychological experiment here...somewhere.
This series brings such eternal joy to my heart. Its just wonderful watching the relationship progress to kinkier areas.
I'd like to see something like Sorry or Trouble, but every time you can't move and/or get sent back to start, you have to eat/drink something gross. It'll really put more emotion behind every "Sorry."
I'm pretty sure this is how they train real surgeons, so after this you two are official (unofficial) surgeons.
Just from the thumbnail, I can already tell this is going to be a train-wreck in all the most pleasant ways.
If it's any consolation, your suffering was certainly entertaining!
I have a couple of suggestions for future House Rules episodes:
1) Dark Chess - It's a variant where the players each have a board of their own representing what they can "see" with their pieces at any given moment, and a third "real" board is used by a moderator (Teri in this case) to update the players' boards whenever they lose sight of enemy pieces or find out opponents' positions. To compensate, capturing the opponent's King wins the game, checkmate isn't necessary. Chess is a pretty dry game compared to most of the other classics here, but it's an interesting twist, and certainly qualifies as a classic board game. I'm sure Adam and Sullivan could make it entertaining! There are also a lot of chess variants out there so I wouldn't be surprised if you guys play some kind of chess eventually in this series.
2) Pictionary - Using non-dominant hands to draw is potentially silly enough. You'd have to slightly tweak the rules to make for a competitive game with just the two of you plus Teri - just taking it in turns to draw and have Teri guess, giving points to the artist on a correct guess, might be enough.

This video finally settled something for me that bothered me every time I played this game. My sister and my dad could both get the Charlie Horse out every time without a problem. They always said that I was just bad at the game when I couldn't do it.
But seeing you two spend the longest segment of the video on that damned equestrian nightmare has finally put my mind at ease.

Idea: Stratego. The twist is after you set your armies up, all the pieces are turned around, so once you place your army, you have to remember where everything is.
I mostly want to see Sullivan dress up like an army officer.
When I saw the commercial for the game, I actually thought the game had real shocks. But in hindsight, it makes sense they wouldn't sell a toy that electrocuted children.

This episode was insane, it went from a battle between brothers, to a battle vs Teri, back to battle of brothers and then finaly a battle of cooperation and survival.
