I knew a male who was charged and convicted of the exact same thing. The charges were manslaughter, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child. He served 5 years. Don't be too hopeful that they will give her the time she deserves. Sorry for the little girl and her father, The streets may get this woman before she's safe in prison. They don't pay that actual amount, only a percentage of it. This is why it's so easy for these criminals to post bail and go out and commit more crimes.
In my homestate of Alabama. It's usually 10% of the amount...u can use cash and or property. If it's a straight cash bond, then the full amount is required, if I'm not mistaken.

I knew a male who was charged and convicted of the exact same thing. The charges were manslaughter, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child. He served 5 years. Don't be too hopeful that they will give her the time she deserves. Sorry for the little girl and her father, The streets may get this woman before she's safe in prison.
