Music on one side, the video editing here is so perfect, calming and flows so naturally. The way you present the guitar shows how much you respect the instrument and somebody's work behind every single detail. Love that.

Oooooohhh! I think it could work for some specific songs, but it would sit too low in my range for a lot of my originals. The E Standard tuning actually fits my songwriting perfectly too.

Taylor needs to pay you a commission or promo fee for this one.
I just bought my first baritone guitar and loving it, but a nice lower cost brand. I love my Taylor 314 bought new 1998, but can’t afford Taylor for every guitar craving. Your improv demo convinced me that my next guitar will be a Taylor baritone 6 string. Just called my local store to get one in.
I’ll visit your tip jars also, but wanting to put out that I hope companies are paying attention and realize that TH-cam artists are making them real money and deserve their support.
And just thanks again for such an authentic taste of this guitar, your voice, and the muse flowing through those moments of capturing this gem for us.

Martin used to make a baritone that was discontinued a little under 10 years ago. This Taylor's sound is a bit softer than the Martin baritone's sound. I'm still kicking myself for not getting one. They're nearly impossible to find used.
Anyway, well done. It works well with your voice singing quietly like that -- it fills in the registers around your voice without interfering.

I loved the concept of a baritone and owned an electric and acoustic and, while they sounded great and very cool, I found the frequency just sat in the wrong place for almost all my material, especially working with vocals. It did work better with mezzo soprano range. Eventually they both went on down the road.

Check out a Fender/Squier Bass VI or Schecter Hellcaster, it’s a full octave down, 30” scale, but the strings aren’t heavy like a bass, so it feels like a guitar more than a bass (you can even find flatwound strings for it, though they are pricy (only one brand sells them (LaBella), and it’s a niche market.)

You really did get some beautiful sounds out of that guitar!
It might be interesting to play it very low and sing right over it? As in don't accompany your voice as such. Give its range entirely to your voice, and just fill in low notes beyond that that go nicely with the song at times? (So almost "singing as you cross the fields" in sound, but with some deeper "backchat" from an instrument at times.)
I can almost imagine it, but think the description isn't going to help convey this. Oh well, no harm in finding all sorts of beautiful noise in that guitar, hey? That'll do very nicely.

Basically, it is a guitar but five semitones lower. That's what makes it a baritone guitar.
It may have a bigger soundbox and/or a longer neck than usual.
(Sometimes it's seven semitones. In this case it's five.)
